Sean represented Sage as her lawyer. He made a trip to the police station for her.

As an internationally wanted fugitive, Jekyll’s arrest was a big deal. However, Sean did not look optimistic. He told Sage, “Jekyll’s case is far more complicated than we think.”

Sage’s eyebrows twitched. She suddenly had a bad feeling.

Sean explained that Jekyll was wanted by Interpol as a Class A criminal. He might have committed crimes here, but there were many forces behind him. For a felon like him, no matter which Interpol member or non-member countries caught him, he should be handed over to the country with jurisdiction as required. He could not be executed without permission.

Sage frowned, hearing Sean’s explanation. “You mean Jekyll can’t be executed here? He must return to his home country?”
