chapter 10 You just wanted to do something to me

"Xavier, Mr. Si…" Fay Zhao couldn't fathom the meaning behind Xavier Si's words and wiped a bead of cold sweat, wanting to explain.

However, he saw Xavier suddenly get aggressive, grabbing the sleazy man's hair and giving him a good beating. All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.

"Is this what you meant when you said the bar's security is good and no one dares to cause trouble?"

With no signs of exhaustion, Xavier put the man down, dusted his hands, and coldly glanced at Fay Zhao.

"Xavier, Mr. Si, this... this was just an accident. I assure you, I'll deal with him..." Fay Zhao, drenched in cold sweat, quickly nodded in apology.

He then shouted at the guards, "What are you guys waiting for? Take this blind fool away!"

Before Fay could continue, Xavier gestured him to stop.

"I want a clear and reasonable explanation for today's events."

Xavier lazily approached Olivia Xia. His long fingers gently lifted her chin, and with an amused raised eyebrow, he said, "Pretty."

"Why are you here?" Olivia frowned, clearly displeased. As she attempted to push his hand away, he swiftly captured hers.

She struggled to free herself, but his strength was overwhelming.

"I asked you a question..." An irritated Olivia stared at him, "I gave you money, not to squander it in places like this."

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" Xavier arched an eyebrow, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Just because you have money, you can waste it in such places?"

Getting married was a rash decision for Olivia. She never thought she'd be controlled by someone.

Even though Xavier had defended her, what right did he have to control her?

Before Olivia could vent her anger, Harper Murong, leaning against a wall, hiccuped and suddenly stood straight. Leaning onto Olivia's shoulder, her eyes shimmered as she looked at Xavier, "Darling, this man... he's so handsome…"

Olivia was speechless.

Compared to others, Harper continued, he's top-notch. Suddenly her gaze turned puzzled, "Wait, he looks familiar?"

"You're drunk; let me take you home."

Olivia tried to leave with Harper, but Xavier's grip on her hand remained firm.

She looked at him sternly, "Let go."

"I'll take you." Xavier pulled Olivia toward the exit, with her still supporting Harper. Before she could protest, they were on their way.

When she saw the same car Xavier had driven in the morning, Olivia asked from the backseat, adjusting the inebriated Harper, "Why didn't you return the car to your friend?"

"I was planning to after picking him up from the bar," Xavier replied calmly before starting the car.

Leaning her head against his seat, Olivia said, "So, you're blaming me?"

Feeling her warm breath on the back of his neck, Xavier's voice grew hoarser, "If you're referring to your decision to go out drinking, yes, I'm not pleased."

Olivia sighed.

"We were celebrating our marriage," she said, though her gaze out of the window was distant.

Was she truly happy?

She wasn't sure. After years of investing in a relationship, she ended up marrying a man she barely knew. It was all quite bewildering.

"Hmm," was all Xavier replied after a glance at her flushed face in the rearview mirror.

After dropping off the drunken Harper, Xavier turned to Olivia, asking where to next.

With a teasing look, Olivia said, "Of course, to see the results of your hard work this afternoon."

She had removed all reminders of Emma from her room and redecorated, but she didn't want to return to the Xia Family residence.

Every time she passed the villa's entrance, memories of Emma and Steven Lu from the previous night flooded back, making her uncomfortable.

Noticing Olivia's discomfort, Xavier remained silent. They soon arrived at his apartment, only to find Olivia already asleep.

With a sigh, Xavier gently covered her with his coat and lifted her out of the car.

"Hmm…"

As he placed her on the bed, she murmured and caught his retreating hand.

"Why... are you so good to me? Have I... treated you badly?"

She felt she had been generous with her love and affections, yet everything seemed to have gone awry.

She didn't want to repress her feelings, who could have expected that after just three years abroad, her dedication would become a joke?

Xavier Si frowned, but did not push her away.

Olivia Xia suddenly opened her mesmerized eyes, looking at Xavier Si in a daze, her crimson mouth, with a wave of alcohol, "You won't know, what you lost. But ...... it doesn't matter ......"

Olivia Xia said, fiercely force a tug, pull Xavier Si to the bed, and a roll over to hold him down, eyes slightly red smile at him, "The old does not go, hiccup, the new does not come ......"

After saying that, she flopped helplessly on his body, panting heavily, her violently heaving chest, making Xavier Si's face become gloomy and ugly little by little.

Who did she take herself for?

Her ex-boyfriend?

Xavier Si's face became a few more points more ugly, and he was about to push the royally drunk woman on top of him away when she vaguely called out, "Xavier Si ......"

Xavier Si's body stiffened, and then he saw her suddenly and roughly slap his face and shoulders, viciously screaming, "Don't betray me ......"

For the first time, Xavier Si experienced what it means to use the most ferocious tone and say the most heartfelt and helpless words.

Stupidity screamed for heartache.

He ghostly patted her shoulder, "Sleep, good boy."

After a dreamless night, Olivia Xia woke up with the sun already rising.

Habitually turning over, wanting to stay in bed for a while longer, who knew that as soon as she turned around, she crashed into a wall of flesh?

Olivia Xia's brain instantly sobered up, violently opened her eyes, raised her head, and was confronted with a quietly sleeping handsome face.

This is the first time Olivia Xia saw Xavier Si sleeping, his long narrow eyes closed tightly, no more demonic and sharp when awake, long eyelashes, white skin, clean and pure like a child.

Olivia Xia had a moment of disorientation.

Always knew that this man was very good looking, but at this moment, she still felt her heartbeat begin to be out of control.

After staring at him for half a second, Olivia Xia finally couldn't hold back and extended her claws towards his face.

Well, she'll just touch it, just a little bit.

"Pa ......" The hand was caught by a hand when it was only half a centimeter away from Xavier Si's face.

The sleeping Xavier Si suddenly opened his eyes, then a rolled over and pressed Olivia Xia onto the bed.

Narrow eyes with a touch of demonic evil, lazy and confused looking at Olivia Xia, "Not famous for not being close to men? What did you just, want to do to me, huh?"
