Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 203

Chapter 203

Neil’s phone buzzed with a message. But he was buried in some documents and didn’t notice. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Cristina handed him a cup of milk and, hearing the buzz, picked up his phone.

Neil trusted her implicitly, never keeping her away from his stuff.

“Honey, you’ve got a new message.”

Cristina opened the message and her face changed instantly after seeing the screenshot it contained.

It was from Maja.

She pursed her lips, and replied to Maja.

[She’s your sister, always been frail since a kid. I owe her too. If there’s anything she wants, and you

can give it, just do. There’s no need to get mad at her.] That’s what Neil always told Maja. So Cristina

didn’t feel there was anything wrong with her reply.

After sending the message, she deleted all the chat history.

She’d been hoping Tricia would stay out of trouble, but now Maja was onto her.

Neil and Tricia hadn’t completely split yet. Neil wouldn’t be heartless to the child left by his ex–wife,

unless Maja did something completely outrageous.

For now, the second round of financing for the Pennyfeather family was done, and as long as they kept

the company steady, everything would be fine. Other partners would help the Pennyfeathers because

of the Raymonds.–

Actually, a marriage alliance between the Pennyfeathers and the Raymonds would’ve been the same

with either daughter.

She hadn’t considered it before because Tricia was always bedridden.

Now that Tricia was better, if Maja’s reputation was ruined, would Tricia be the one to marry lan?

“Honey, who texted you?”

Cristina gave a small smile.

“Just some spam. I took care of it, focus on your work.”

Neil, not feeling well and coughing a bit, didn’t pursue and continued with his documents.

Once she left the study, Cristina went to the hall. Seeing Glenn Pennyfeather sitting downstairs, she

started plotting in her head.

“Glenn, Tricia likes lan. Can you think of a way to help her?”

Glenn didn’t have any feelings for this guy, all he wanted was the Pennyfeather family.

“Glenn, what do you think about Maja?”

“Mum, what are you up to?”

“She’s not exactly a saint in her private life. She tried to seduce you and got caught by Selena Casson.

Selena’s not exactly thrilled with her now. Do you think she might ditch her daughter–in–law?”

Glenn knew his mom was a schemer. She even managed to tame Neil and got her hands on the

company shares.

He lowered his eyelids and a grin appeared on his face.

He was quite satisfied with Maja, knowing full well she was no saint.

“Glenn, I’ve watched you and Tricia grow up. I know what you want and need. The Pennyfeather family

will be ours in the future. We can use this to kick Maja out of the Raymond family. Then Tricia can

marry lan. Your father will be on our side. Then Maja will be a lonely girl without a father’s love and her

mother gone. You can do whatever you want with her.”

Cristina knew her children well. A look at Tricia and she knew what she was thinking.

She’d figured out Glenn’s inner thoughts a long time ago.

Anyway, they needed to get Maja out of the Raymond family and have her take care of her son. It was

a matter of respect.

“Glenn, we need to find a good opportunity to bring her back.”

Glenn wasn’t in as much of a rush as Cristina, “I’ll plan it, you just manage yourself. If you slip up like

last time and Maja finds out, we’ll be the ones getting kicked

out.”

A hint of embarrassment crossed Cristina’s face. But who could’ve known that Maja would come back

for some documents that night?
