Chapter 3 run away
The person in front of her just reacted and saw her.
Looking at the roof of his car, which already had a large hole dented in it, he drew a breath. This is his new car, but the person behind him still even wants to stay.
The owner of the car was foaming with rage, turned around, and said angrily: “Get out of my car immediately!”NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
Susan was shocked, saw those people coming back, immediately more nervous praying: “Please …”
“Shut up! “The rear door opened, and he pulled her out without mercy, “I have not asked you to pay for the roof of the car. Get out!”
The man pushed her hard and went back to the car without looking back.
Susan, however, fell uncontrollably into the stinking ditch. The foul-smelling water soaked her body and she lifted her head, trying to crawl out of it.
But she looked up and watched a few people running in the distance. So she immediately retracted.
She closed her eyes and submerged herself in the water, not daring to move. The people over there kept walking back and forth on both sides of this, not knowing when to leave.
Susan carefully guarded her belly, fearing that the baby would be damaged in the slightest.
“Let’s go, it stinks so bad here that ghosts won’t come over.” The two shook their heads and their footsteps gradually moved away.
She waited until late at night before she would come out of here. her clothes were thoroughly wet, and when the wind blew she froze with a shiver.
Susan did not know where to go back, she was afraid to go home, she was afraid of Chandler, afraid that he would kill her child.
She walked aimlessly in the street, her clothes still dripping with dirty water, and people passing by were avoiding her. She stumbled forward and turned into a side alley when she got tired
The alley was just a small place sandwiched between two tall buildings on either side, piled with garbage and nothing else, and the stench made Susan feel sick.
The cold and hunger kept coming, and she hugged herself tightly, her hands covering her belly for fear of freezing the baby.
Squatting in the corner for who knows how long, thinking about what happened before, she suddenly felt a pang of aggravation.
Susan pursed her lips and looked at the opposite wall, her heart had an inexhaustible amount of grievances but did not know with whom to say.
The gods are as disgusted with her, bean-sized raindrops fell, smashing her trembling.
Then a barrage of rain fell, and thick drops of water fell on her.
Susan closed her eyes and struggled to shrink in.
The clothes that had dried up a bit were now wet again, and she hid while carefully protecting her belly.
She couldn’t hide anymore, so she was stunned and let the rain shower on her body. The aggression in her heart was magnified several times, and Susan couldn’t bear it anymore, crying out at the sound of the rain.
The sound of the rain overshadowed the heart-breaking cries that wanted to pour out all her discomfort.
She didn’t understand why all the people had to blame her, it was because she had no mother, no one to shelter her.
“Chandler you bastard! I’ve loved you for so many years! Why … why won’t you even believe me …” she covered her mouth.
“… why, you even want to take away the baby, why!”
Her voice was somewhat hysterical, and her eyes were red and swollen from crying. She looked up again, and suddenly a man was standing in front of her, with black leather shoes and straight, close-fitting suit pants.
One was clean and neat, the other looked like a scruffy sewer rat.
Susan slowly lifted her head and looked up at him, tears slipping.
She looked at the man holding a black umbrella that covered her while his back was exposed to the rain.
“Alex … you …” she sniffled and asked in a slow voice, “What are you doing here?”
“Just go home.” Alex wrinkled his brow, also did not expect her to be so miserable.
Susan got up from the ground, protecting her belly. He didn’t notice anything different and still held the umbrella for her.
