Devoted To You

Chapter 7 people like you have no sense of shame

The indescribable feeling of shame haunted her, and Susan tried not to look at herself in the mirror. She closed her eyes, but the feeling was getting stronger.

Chandler was not happy with her and threatened her with a chilly voice: “Open your eyes, sluts have to act like sluts, people like you don’t know what shame is.”

Her face paled, but her sanity grew clearer.

Chandler saw that she still wouldn’t open her eyes, so he gave her another hard one.

Susan could barely hold on, she opened her eyes and looked at herself in the mirror and the man behind her.

The two were intertwined, and she couldn’t look down or close her eyes. She had to watch, the whole time.

Susan’s gaze calmed down and her eyes looked vacantly at them in the mirror, as if she was not looking at herself but two skeletal frames.

He thought it would be enough to make her suffer, but now, it seems to be the opposite of what he wanted.

Susan was as tasteless as a puppet that had lost its soul.

“What’s that look on your face.” Chandler raised his voice slightly, and the woman in the mirror looked a little shaken.

“I thought you told me to watch, I did.” She calmed, her gaze falling through the mirror to the person behind her.

Chandler choked at her words, his heart getting even more upset.

“Please, Mr. walker, have I served you well?” Susan asked again in a mournful voice, her eyes already red.

Chandler stunned, then came out, and said in a deep voice: “No, very bad!”

Susan’s face darkened with hostility, and her head hung down.

“Susan, they didn’t tell you that you have the potential to be a slut?” He winked wickedly, and Susan was silent. Chandler, however, felt that it was not enough, and his words were even more venomous than before: “You’re a real bitch like that. You say you don’t want it, but you desire it more heavily than anyone else!”

Her face paled, and she didn’t have any voice to retort, nor could she say anything.

Seeing that her face was downcast, Chandler was quite happy, he looked at the person in front of him and smiled.

“You are the most bitchy person in the world.” He laughed lightly with disdain, and then put on his clothes and left in stride.

Susan finally couldn’t support herself and fell to her knees on the ground.Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

She covered her face and could no longer cry. With her hair held by her hand, Susan couldn’t understand.

It was clear that he did not love her, yet he had to forcefully touch her. Her hair was about to break off before she made a hoarse sound.

Instead of living in this world with anxiety, it would be better to take the child with her and leave.

There was nothing left for her now except the baby.

Chandler did not like him and had rejected him since before he was born.

After two days of tossing and turning like this, she let out a bitter laugh, she had almost had a miscarriage last time, and she didn’t know if the baby could still come out unscathed this time.

“I’m sorry, I really can’t hold on until you’re born. Why don’t I keep you company?” Susan smiled miserably.

The clothes in the closet, she looked over one by one, and finally chose a red dress.

Susan wondered, that When the mother left, did she also miss her children?

She changed her clothes and slowly walked upstairs.

As she walked up the stairs, Susan thought about many things. The first time she saw him, she was amazed, and now she is in despair.

The door to the top floor was opened, and a blinding white light flashed over. She subconsciously tilted her head and took a moment to slow down.

The incandescent lights on the rooftop were spinning round and round. She slowly walked to that most empty place, and the cold wind blew her skirt up.

She touched her face, there were no wet marks. Her eyes rested on her own slightly trembling hands, which then dropped.

Susan closed her eyes and the cell phone she was holding suddenly vibrated. She was stunned and wondered who else was calling now.

It was an unfamiliar number, and she picked it up anyway.

“Is this Miss gray? Now Mr. Gray is in critical condition, if you are free now, please come over immediately.”

Susan paused, a little surprised, “My father was in good shape the other day …”

“Things are not clear on the phone, just now Mr. Gray was sent to the operating room again, if you are free, please come over early …”

The tone on the phone was urgent and Susan dropped her hands. The sound of the wind whistling past her ears, the next second she desperately ran back.

She passed many places along the way, and some people looked at her in amazement.

Susan rubbed her eyes as if the eyelashes had gone into her eyes, stinging and hurting.

She didn’t care and ran wildly for a long time. By the time she reached the hospital, Susan was holding onto a nearby pillar and panting.

Her face was already pale without any color, Susan’s eyes were staring straight in the direction of the gate, thinking that if she took a few more steps forward, she would see her father.

But then she stopped.

What if her father doesn’t want to see her, or if he sees her and gets sick again. She was suddenly worried, the last incident was still fresh in her mind, and she had already developed a timid heart.

Just one look. She thought in her mind and then walked in as if it were normal.
