‘What am I going to wear?’ Valerie thought was a movie date so it had to be something really simple and easygoing, she was brainstorming for outfits she could wear for the evening, She normally doesn’t care about the clothes she wears but Gwen on the other hand always worried if she was wearing the latest outfit and the prettiest outfit anywhere she goes, she has this motive to always outshine others and be the best but frankly it was just too much of a headache to worry too much about what to wear and how to be perfect all the time, Valerie always thought best about her sisters, She looks up to the two of them always.

Gwen walked into the room and saw Valerie deep in thought “Val, what exactly has got you in such a mood” Gwen asked with care, Valerie now was broken from her chain of thoughts and she replied “Well Andrew asked me out on a date and I’m clueless on what to wear” Gwen’s eyes glistered “Ou Val, where exactly is he taking you to?”

Valerie didn’t want too many people to find out cause they’d make a big deal out of it as they did the last time “It’s a movie date, I was just thinking I’ll throw on some tees and some trainers, something easy” And at this statement, Gwen’s face turned into that of disappointment “I mean it’s okay he’s taking you to the movies but wearing trainers Is so unfashionable that is surely a no but I can help with that” Gwen knew her sister had no fashion sense so she decided to step in and help her younger sister

Gwen opened up Valerie’s wardrobe and she couldn’t say she was surprised but she was surely disappointed, she didn’t know where to start so she just came up with a quick idea “Val you know what?” Valerie shook her head sideways “Well why don’t you wear something of mine ?” It was more of a directive than a suggestion, Gwen didn’t even wait for Valerie’s reply she took her by the hand and led her to her room, They got to Gwen’s room and it had such beautiful decor, She knew exactly how to beautify everything, She took this small room and made it classy and pleasing, It had wall stickers and posters, it had beautiful wallpapers that complimented the color of the paint she had used for her room, It was lilac and it went perfectly with the theme of the room, She made Valerie sit on her bed while she picked out an outfit from her wardrobe, she finally settled for a nice crop tees with a baggy pants. Valerie wasn’t particularly comfortable with this outfit but she didn’t want to upset Gwen so she went with it but she had one more question

“What if I get cold?” Gwen smiled shook her head and replied immediately after “Well I guess you’ll just have to wait and see if Andrew is romantic or not” Valerie didn’t quite understand what she meant but she went with it anyway, She got back to her room and finished up and she was done before 7 PM, She searched for her credit card because she always takes her credit card everywhere no matter how hard she searched she just couldn’t find it, She thought about it for a while and remembered she didn’t get her credit card from the Stranger, Was he a thief? She thought, But then a thief didn’t want to give me back my purse and he looked rich regardless she decided to complain about it when she got back from her date because there was nothing she could do now, She couldn’t help but stare at her phone and wonder why Mr stranger hadn’t texted her back. Andrew picked her up and they arrived shortly at the movies, When they walked into the entrance she wasn’t paying attention and she got brushed by the shoulder she couldn’t help but feel a sense of deja vu. Andrew didn’t see the man that just hit her on her shoulder because he was walking ahead of her but he turned back and saw that Valerie stopped walking, She saw the man walking away and she wanted it to be the stranger so badly so she could finally confront him, She immediately said “Hello sir, wait a minute”.
