Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1203

Lillian was a known fighter in the underground circuits, not the top dog, but certainly no pushover. Flora, on the other hand, was just your average girl. If Lillian got her hands on Flora, it wouldn't just be a scrape and a bruise-Flora could be left seriously hurt, maybe even permanently. Plus, if the authorities caught wind of Lillian attacking a regular person, she'd be blacklisted from the underground scene faster than you could say "fight night." "Flora, move out of the way!"

The bigwigs at the medical facility shouted in panic. Lillian was moving so fast, they didn't even have time to blink, let alone step in. Flora couldn't afford to take a hit!

Sensing the pressure building behind her, Flora stopped and calmly turned around. In theory, Lillian should've been a blur, but to Flora, she might as well have been moving in slow motion.

She didn't even bother to fully open her eyes, just gave her neck a casual twist. Some folks just beg for a reality check, she mused.

Seeing Flora turn with that dismissive look made Lillian's blood boil. Fury and a deadly intent blazed in her eyes as she reached out with claw-like fingers for Flora's throat.

This was it!

The executives turned pale with dread, unable to watch the impending disaster unfold.

But then-

A slender hand nonchalantly reached out, effortlessly catching Lillian's fierce attack with pinpoint accuracy. Silence.

An eerie, deathly silence filled the room.

Flora, just your ordinary girl, had stopped Lillian's full-throttle assault without breaking a sweat!

Zavier was gobsmacked, staring at Flora like she'd just sprouted wings.

How could this be...

How could a regular person fend off Lillian's attack?

Unless Flora had some kind of internal power!

And that power was leagues beyond Lillian's!

But that couldn't be right! This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

They'd checked Flora's background; she had zero ties to the underground fighting world.

"Ouch! Let go of me!"

Lillian's cries snapped everyone back to reality. Her hand felt like it was on the verge of snapping, the pain in her wrist bringing tears to her eyes, her earlier bravado nowhere to be seen. "Flora, let me go! Let go!"

Flora glanced up, a hint of a smirk on her lips. With just a little more pressure, Lillian screamed in agony again.

"Oww, Zavier, help me!"

Zavier hesitated-Lillian was his sister, after all. He stepped forward, "Ms. Flora, Lillian was out of line. I'll make sure she apologizes. Please release her."

Flora didn't budge, answering lazily, "Alright, let her apologize first, then we'll see."

"I won't apologize! Zavier, why are you being so nice to her? Just take her down! Waaah! Get everyone to help me out here!" Lillian wailed, tears streaming, her whole body shaking.

The Schuler family's guards started

to move, but Mike, with just a glance,

had the medical facility's security drawing their guns, standing firm around Flora with their barrels aimed at the Schuler entourage.

No matter how tough those underground fighters were, they couldn't just push them around here!

The guards shot questioning looks at Zavier, not because they feared the medical facility staff-they were fighters and could squash them easily. But the regulations were clear no fighting outside the ring. So, they held back.

Besides, this Flora... there was something unsettling about her, something downright scary.

"Apologies? Not really my thing," Flora remarked, watching Lillian squirm, a half-smile playing on her lips and a casual tone that sent chills down everyone's spine. "But hey, I've got some free time today. Let me give you a crash course on manners."
