His Eagle Eyes on Me

Chapter 2878

Ordinary people of the opposite sex would never drink from one another's straws, so it was not difficult to conclude that the two were dating.

Since Anthony's show began long after Andrea's and Ivy's, he did not need to arrive at the station this early and was clearly there to keep Andrea company.

Ivy turned and returned to the station thoughtfully.

Since Andrea and Anthony were so absorbed in their own world, they did not notice Ivy; even if they did, they had nothing to fear.

Both Andrea and Anthony were receiving great feedback in the popularity survey, and so long as they did not end up at the bottom of the survey, they would still be in the running to work at the station. Half an hour later, Anthony and Andrea arrived at the station and were both shocked when they saw Ivy backstage.Content property of NôvelDra/ma.Org.

"Ivy, why are you here so early? You are even earlier than I am." Andrea's seat was close to Ivy's so Ivy immediately caught a whiff of Andrea's perfume.

"As expected of a woman who's in love. She is paying more attention to her appearance than before," Ivy thought.

"I came to recite my script," Ivy said. "Just in case someone comes and swaps my script again."

The smile on Andrea's face remained, "You will have to be more careful from now on. I always check my script right before I go on air."

Andrea was mocking her for being careless.

There were other seniors backstage at this time, and one of them came over. "Ivy, what happened to you is literally a first for this station! If it had happened in the past, the station would have installed surveillance cameras here. You weren't careless. It's just that some people are born vicious. Don't let those things get to you. After all, you are one of the most popular interns right now!"

Ivy's spirits were instantly lifted. "Thank you. I'm not as upset about that anymore. I will work hard on reciting my script from now on."

"Sure. Do you have a social media account? Your name is all over the internet right now, so you are definitely going to have a lot of fan's if you are more active on social media the senior reminded her. "Popularity is everything nowadays. If you can grab this opportunity, everything will be much easier from now on!"

"Thank you for your advice, but schoolwork is running me thin, so I don't want to spend too much time on social media." "That's a good mentality. Just focus and work hard. I'm sure you will succeed in the future," the senior said before leaving.

As soon as the senior left, the tension in the air rose.

A moment later, Andrea slammed her hands onto the table.

"What are you trying to say? Why are you being so sarcastic? You keep saying that your script was swapped, but did you actually see t happen? There's a possibility that you were the one who carelessly slipped a few blank sheets of paper into your script!" Andrea was so furious that she could no longer remain quiet.

Since there were no surveillance cameras backstage and no one saw her swapping the script, Andrea could deny any accusation, and she was confident that Ivy was too timid to argue with her.

Ivy turned to look at Andrea. "What

are you saying? Did I say your name when I was talking to our senior? Were you the one who did it? Why else would you think that I'm being sarcastic? I was just mocking the person who swapped my script, not

you."

Ivy did not get offended, nor did she raise her voice. She gazed at Andrea as she remained seated in her chair. She looked elegant as she studied Andrea.

Andrea instantly cowered as Ivy caught her by surprise.

She had thought that Ivy would be intimidated, but not only was Ivy not scared, but she seemed to be waiting for her chance to attack.
