His Eagle Eyes on Me

Chapter 2912

There was a slim possibility that someone had schemed to obtain his DNA to produce his child in a lab. "What if the child is yours?" Avery asked, her voice muffled as she glared at him with tears in her eyes.

"It can't be mine! Even if he's mine, someone must have played some kind of trick! I don't love anyone but you!" Elliot's chest heaved. "If this child is mine, I will give everything up. You can have everything and all of our kids. I don't want anything."

Avery pulled away from him and went back into the house.

She would have left right away if they did not have any children. However, they had four children who were all adults at this point, so she knew that she could not act recklessly.

If Elliot was truly cheating on her and had ended up having an illegitimate child, she knew that her children would not spare him.

Avery took off her jacket once she returned to the living room, feeling like she was boiling with anger.

The bodyguard carried the baby inside, and, though the baby was no longer wailing, it was still making a lot of noise.

The bodyguard held onto the baby helplessly. "Mr. Foster, why does the baby keep crying?"

The servant immediately took the baby from his arms because she had experience in child-rearing. She immediately unfolded the blanket from the baby and said, "Maybe it's too hot inside. It is licking its lips, so my guess is that it's starving."

"Oh! Is there any baby formula in the house?" the bodyguard asked.

"You should go and buy some! It will be some time before the DNA test results are released."

They would have to look after the child until the results came out.

The bodyguard nodded and reached out to check the baby's diaper. "It's a boy!"

The servant turned to glance at Elliot and Avery, who both looked over at the baby after what the bodyguard said.

Avery was dazed for a few moments and then she picked up her phone to make a call.

Elliot assumed that she wanted to contact the hospital for a DNA test and said, "I will make arrangements for the DNA test!"This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

"You will take care of the DNA test,

and I will contact a lawyer," Avery said coldly. You said that you are willing to give everything up if this child is yours, right? Those are

just words. I want a lawyer to draft up a separation agreement, and you will sign it."

Elliot fell into silence when he realized that Avery truly meant to divorce him.

"What? Are you scared?" She stared at him.

He shook his head. "I'm not scared. I know that the truth will come out eventually. Whether or not this child is mine, I've never betrayed you."

"The only thing I know is that people

rarely own up to their own mistakes. We are going to sign the agreement first. If this child is yours, you are going to take him and get out of my sight without a penny."

He pursed his lips and nodded. "All right. Call the lawyer, then!"

The two walked in two separate directions to make their calls.

The bodyguard went to buy formula, while the servant carried the baby to the guest room on the first floor, knowing that both Elliot and Avery would not like to see the baby until the paternity test results were released.

The servant shut the door behind her after carrying the baby into the guest room.
