Chapter 499 Courage
Benjamin had always arranged for someone to protect Harper secretly. But he never questioned Harper's every move, giving her plenty of space and freedom.
But at the moment, listening to Curtis' words, he furrowed his brows with a questioning look in his eyes. "She didn't go to the company all day yesterday?" "Yes."

Benjamin thought, "Harper didn't mention it to me or even tell me about not going to the company."

Benjamin waved Curtis out and sat alone in the large office. He loosened his tie, and his face flushed with gloomy indifference.

Harper breathed a sigh of relief when the call was over.
Harper looked seriously at Annie and said, "I'm getting scared to talk to him."
Benjamin's imposing was too strong. If he didn't believe it, he would subconsciously assume that she had joined forces with Frank to create the trouble and rumors. Annie said, "Why don't you have a drink to get your courage up?"
