Chapter 29: Should I Tell Her the Truth

Chapter 29: Should I Tell Her the Truth

"Thank you, Quincy. You are a good man." With a sinister smile, Krista happily walked over to Quincy,

and put her bag in Quincy's hand.

Kyla and Alden frowned, thinking wrongly that Krista really wanted Quincy to stay and have fun with

them. To their surprise, Krista only expected Quincy to carry her bag. She was fooling Quincy.

Quincy wasn't as angry as Kyla and Alden, blaming himself for being a softie. He thought that Krista

had changed.

Since he had already promised, Quincy would definitely keep his word.

"Krista, you are too smart. To play in an amusement park is exhausting. We need someone to carry our

bags!" Ramon smiled and praised Krista. Then, he followed Krista's example, taking off his backpack

and walking towards Quincy.

"Quincy, thank you. You're so kind." He said, intending to hand over his bag to Quincy.

"Fuck off!" Quincy did not do anything, only cursing Ramon fiercely with a cold stare.

It was acceptable to help a girl with her backpack. But Ramon should be ashamed of asking Quincy to

help him. Did he think Quincy was a fool?

Quincy's scold discouraged Ramon, so he walked away.

"Ignore him. He's a man of ill breeding." Having glared at Quincy, Krista held Ramon's arm. They

walked out the door first, followed by Quincy, Kyla, and the others.

Hardly did they walk out of the beverage store than a few boys walked past Krista, chatting and

laughing.

Fixing her eyes on one of the boys, Krista shouted, "Bastard, haven't you seen me?"

The voice was so loud that all people within ten meters away from Krista were completely taken aback.

Those boys stopped, turning to look at Krista.

Krista stared at the tallest boy with a look of anger.

"Krista, what has he done to you?" Ramon whispered to Krista.

"He is Maggie. He caused what happened to my family last time!" Krista returned coldly.

Realizing that Krista was shouting at Maggie, the boys who followed him prepared to teach Krista a

lesson, for they often curried favor with Maggie who had the best family background among them.

However, Maggie stopped them.

No one knew that Maggie was filled with panic and fear now.

Last time, Maggie asked his father, Matthias, to put pressure on Krista's family. He thought that Krista's

family group, SL Company, was just a second-rate one. Krista would definitely be unable to withstand

it. In the end, Krista would obediently sleep with him.

To his surprise, Krista turned to Jax, the president of the Commerce Association of City L. Although

Maggie's family group, TS Group, was ranked in the top 10 in City L, they still relied on the association

to protect them. If Jax made things difficult for them, they wouldn't be able to stand it.

In the end, Maggie's father humbly went to the office of Krista's father and apologized. This was the

most embarrassing and saddest experience for Maggie and his father.

Maggie and his father were quite afraid of Krista's family, so they would hide when they saw Krista.

Maggie walked over to Krista with mixed feelings. Hanging his head, the tall man said to Krista, "I'm

sorry for my limited vision. I shouldn't offend you. Please forgive my ignorance."

His companions were shocked. What was going on? Why did Maggie, who used to act outrageously,

apologize?

What happened next astonished them much more.

Crossing her arms, Krista proudly stood in front of Maggie and looked at him with a faint sneer. "Do you

think an apology will disarm me? Stop daydreaming. I can forgive you, but it depends on your attitude.

Now kneel down!"

Maggie's eyes and mouth twitched, but he didn't dare to disobey Krista.

Under the gazes of the crowd, Maggie knelt on the ground with a thud.

People present were confused. What was going on? Maggie was the expectant successor of the

dignified TS Group? Why was he so afraid of this girl?

Krista was extreme arrogant at this moment.

"Krista, it's enough. Let's hurry up and leave." Ramon panicked when he knew the man was Maggie.

He didn't help Krista last time. If it was made known to the public, he would be doomed.

"Don't hurry, darling. This guy has caused so much trouble for my family. How can I just let him off the

hook so easily?" Holding Ramon's arm, Krista said, "Now go and slap him!"

"Forget ... it!" Ramon said with a guilty conscience.

"What are you afraid of? With the help of Jax, this brat won't dare to fight back!" Krista abetted him.

Under the circumstances, Ramon had to listen to Krista. Having ventured towards Maggie, Ramon

slapped Maggie across his face for a few times.

"You are awesome!" Krista clapped her hands happily. Then, she walked up to Maggie and slapped

him a few times.

"Alright, darling, I'm so happy today. Don't let this trash spoil our trip. Let's go." With her arms around

Ramon' wrist, Krista walked at the front, followed by Alden and Kyla.

Quincy, who was walking at the end, secretly shook his head. Krista had gone too far, and Ramon was

too pretentious.

He would not help them again. They would be punished for what they had done today.

Maggie, who was kneeling on the ground, was watching Krista's and Ramon's receding figures

furiously. 'I'll let you two pay!'

Quincy and the others took the car, heading straight for the JM City Amusement Park.

Along the way, Krista had been proudly boasting about how good she felt when hitting Maggie, and

how powerful Ramon was.

"We want our boyfriends to protect us. If something goes wrong, he will handle it. Those poor guys had

better be realistic. Don't keep daydreaming unrealistically. Do they think girls are willing to lead a hard

and poor life with them? What a joke!"

Hearing Krista's words, Ramon had a guilty conscience. But Quincy smiled and ignored it.

Quincy wondered how Krista would think what she said if she knew that it was him who helped her, not

Ramon.

After more than an hour, the group finally arrived at the amusement park.

Roller coasters, pirate boats, raging currents, merry-go-round, jumping machines ... It was already 5pm

after they tried every item.

They then took a taxi back to the city and had a meal. It was already dark, and Krista suggested

watching movies.

Just as they were about to enter the video hall after buying the ticket, Ramon went to the bathroom. At

this time, Krista received a phone call from her father. "Krista, come back immediately. I'm going to visit

Ramon's father now. After all, because of you, they helped us. You should come as well!"

"Dad, I'm not going. Ramon and I have been in a relationship, and I'm with him now. Even if I don't

show up, Ramon's father won't blame me," Krista said.

"Well, that's good. Ramon is promising. You have to seize the opportunity." Krista's father approved of

his daughter's relationship with Ramon. "Alright, then I won't disturb you. I'm hanging up."

"Krista, who's calling?" Ramon came back and asked.

"My dad called me. The movie is about to start. Let's go inside quickly." Before Ramon asked about

more details, Krista had already dragged him into the hall to watch the movie.

After the end of the movie, it was already past 10 pm. Ramon suggested that they stay outside instead

of going back to school tonight. Today, Maggie's incident reminded him of taking actions as soon as

possible. If Krista found out the truth and he hadn't slept her, he would regret it.

Kyla hurriedly said, "It won't take long for us to take a taxi back." She had a bad feeling since Ramon

insisted on living outside.

"If you want to go back, just go. Krista and I won't go back!" As he spoke, Ramon took Krista into his

arms.

"Krista, are you coming back with us?" Kyla looked at Krista and asked.

Krista had an inner conflict, but she was too embarrassed to disobey Ramon. "I ... I'd better stay with

Ramon."

"You...." Kyla sighed. If she left, she would be worried with Krista. Thus, she had no choice but to stay.

Ramon became very active this time. He immediately searched for a luxury hotel on his phone and

then they took a taxi there.

Berkeley was a luxuriously decorated hotel. A crystal chandelier of one meter in diameter, brilliant

golden walls, and tall ladies in cheongsam suggested that this was not an average hotel.

"We'd like to check in three rooms. Two better rooms for the couples, and one worst for the single!"

Ramon walked to the front desk and said to the receptionist.

"Quincy, I'm happy today, so I treat you to a luxury hotel. Tonight, you can enjoy it well. You probably

won't have this chance in the future!" Ramon proudly said to Quincy as he waited for the receptionist to

help them check in.

After getting the room card, Ramon pulled Krista's hand and followed the waiter to the room. Krista had

never lived in the same room with a boy before, so she blushed with embarrassment. However, she still

followed Ramon. After all, Ramon's family was so powerful that she wanted to develop the relationship

with Ramon.

Alden and Kyla also went to their room. Quincy was left in the hall.

Hotel staffs around Quincy began to whisper. Some felt that Quincy was very pitiful, for he was single

and was arranged for the worst room. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

However, Quincy did not care about these. He was just thinking about whether he should tell Krista the

truth. If Krista lost her virginity tonight, would he blame himself?

At this time, a sturdy man with a white shirt and black trousers walked out of the hotel.

All the staffs in the hall involuntarily straightened themselves up, looking more energetic. All of them

fixed their eyes on the man.

"Hello, Mr. Fred!" When the man passed by, the stuff bowed and greeted him.

The manager nodded in satisfaction. At the sight of Quincy, he changed his expression drastically. His

relaxed look was suddenly replaced by the one of respect and surprise, just like the way the staff

looked at him.

"Mr. Quincy, why are you here?" The man smiled to Quincy.
