Love In Twilight By Tiny Mountains Chapter 393
Love In Twilight By Tiny Mountains Chapter 393
Chapter 393 You’re Somewhat Obedient, but Not Very Willing Damien noticed how depressed Clarissa
looked
“Is there anything in this world that you can’t do?” She sounded discouraged. Was there any point in
her furthering her studies?
“You flatter me.” He smiled.
Damien was an experienced driver. Even in Emmeria, he drove around like he knew the place like the
back of his hand, Clarissa, on the other hand, was lost. She didn’t even know where they were
In that instant, she felt like she was nothing but a fool to him.
He bought her a scarf.
It was brown and thick, and even had a Winnie the Pooh pattern sewn on it. It wasn’t too expensive,
either–about three hundred dollars.
Clarissa loved it, though. She kept admiring it in the mirror.
Damien couldn’t understand this. Why did she like something so immature? Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
She was already an adult.
After buying the scarf, the sky was starting to turn dark. They headed back to the car.
Clarissa kept looking at the scarf, looking overjoyed.
Damien honestly couldn’t understand her.
They had dinner before heading home. When they got home, it was around eight.
Yonah saw the scarf wrapped around Clarissa’s neck when she opened the door for them. She asked,
“Did your lover buy that for you?” “Oh, shush.” Clarissa didn’t want to admit it, but she quite liked Yonah
referring to Damien as her lover. In comparison to the property and money he had given her, this scarf
was more like an actual gift couples would get each other. Money and property meant nothing to her.
She glanced at her watch, feeling excited. She would be able to see Neil soon.
“Neil normally finishes breakfast after nine in the morning, after which Mrs. Laing will take him out for a
while. Let’s have a quick romp now,” Damien said. He lay on the bed and glanced at her
“Your romps are never quick.” She felt a little angry. Was sex all he ever thought about?
All she could think about was seeing Neil, but all he could think of was sleeping with her
“I can control how long our romps are, just like how I can control whether you get to see Neil.”
At his words, Clarissa wanted to rebel, but she could only give in to him. She slammed her pen on the
desk and got into bed. “You’re somewhat obedient, but not very willing,” he said teasingly, wrapping his
arms
around her
she didn’t want to give him any sort of reaction, but Damien soon had her feeling dizzy with
lust
The moment they both finished, Damien’s phone rang.
He was still caught up in the heat of the moment, so he ignored it.
Clarissa glanced at it. The call was from Mrs. Faber.
“Hurry up and answer it!” she urged. She was worried something had happened to Neil.
She struggled violently and broke free of his grip, and then answered the call.
“Hello?” Damien was in a bad mood, and he was still trying to catch his breath.
“President Lawrence, Neil’s missing.” “What?” He leaned forward. “What happened?” Clarissa heard
this as well. She was shocked at first. A second later, she started punching Damien in anger. “It’s all
your fault, you bastard! I could’ve seen him an hour earlier!” She was panicking. “Call the police!!!”
Her first thought was that Mr. Black Suit, or rather, Iris was behind this. She had already been worried
something would happen with Damien being in Emmeria, but Damien had sounded so confident when
he told her that he’d taken care of it. She thought Iris really wouldn’t dare to do anything anymore. It
was obvious they had been wrong. They had kidnapped her son!
