Love Of Wind And Clouds

Chapter 17

Dylan took the key in his hand, got out of the car, opened the gate, went to open the door, then turned around, carried Nancy inside, and put her on the bed.

Looking at her sitting like an invalid, he couldn’t bear to leave and didn’t know what to say to get her to let him stay so he kept hesitating.

“Please go home. Lock the door and throw the key into the yard for me. Tomorrow I’ll be less sore and I’ll pick it up myself.” She smiled and spoke.

“Are you okay?”

“Of course.”

Dylan nodded slightly and did as she said. As he walked out the gate, he suddenly remembered he had left his car keys on the table so he turned back.

When he entered the room, he couldn’t see Nancy anywhere, so he quickly ran around the house looking for her. Finally, he stopped in front of the bathroom door.Content is property of NôvelDrama.Org.

“Miss Nancy, are you in there?” His voice clearly showed concern.

Nancy was lying flat on the floor, unable to stand up. She intended to take a shower before going to bed, but before she could get dressed, she slipped and fell, causing pain all over her body.

“Nancy, what’s wrong with you? Please answer me quickly.” Dylan hurriedly knocked on the door.

“Don’t come in here, please, don’t come in here.” Nancy grimaced.

Hearing her voice like that, he could guess what was behind that door, so he quickly ran into the bedroom, rummaged around, and finally took out a large towel.

“I’ll give you the towel, wrap yourself up and I’ll carry you out.”

After speaking, he quickly opened the door and threw the towel in. Nancy tried to move closer to the towel, struggled to wrap it around her body, and then called out.

Dylan opened the door and looked at the girl curled up on the floor. Her bun hair had a few strands still wet, water dripping down her white neck, making his face turn red.

He awkwardly bent down and carried her out, put her back on the bed, hurriedly pulled the blanket to cover her whole body, and ran straight to the balcony.

Nancy was a bit scared at first, but seeing Dylan’s appearance, she couldn’t help but laugh. His face looks cold but he’s a shy guy.

Outside on the balcony, Dylan was also smiling to himself. He glanced at the clumsy girl lying like a log in the room, and he felt even more ridiculous.

After a while, he tried to regain his seriousness and then went back in, hesitantly suggesting.

“Can I… can I stay? You’re like this, it makes me feel uneasy.”

“There’s a blanket and a pillow in the closet, please take them and go to the living room.”

“Okay.” He replied briefly and went to the closet to search.

After lying down on the sofa, Dylan called Camila and told her that he wouldn’t be home tonight. Then, he looked towards the stairs and suddenly smiled slightly.

The winter night was cold but Dylan felt extremely warm, perhaps because he was close to her, because a lonely heart would be even colder.

During this time, every night he stood in front of her house and looked up until the light went out before returning to his house.

Nathan’s identity, he wants to bury forever. If she doesn’t love Nathan, then just let him drift into oblivion, he will use this new identity to conquer that heart.

When Dylan fell asleep, the plane carrying Stephen had just landed at the airport in country Y.

He dragged his suitcase to the arrival gate, telling himself that after this business trip, he would hire a personal assistant so that when he went on business trips, he would have someone to carry his things.

Dylan also said that before, but he kept saying he didn’t need it. It’s only been a few years, but now just pulling the suitcase makes him feel tired. He thought he was probably old.

Steven and two blonde girls just walked in, warmly shook hands, and greeted Stephen. A girl quickly took the suitcase from Stephen’s hand.

Now he has changed his mind and thinks there is no need to hire an assistant anymore. If every partner is this thoughtful, why does he need an assistant?

They took him to a luxury restaurant to have a meal. He was so tired after sitting on the plane for a few hours that he couldn’t eat much, nor did he want to drink.

He used to love parties like this, surrounded by many hot girls, but now he doesn’t want them anymore.

After eating, Stephen offered to go back to the hotel to rest and not go out anymore.

The sky of Y country is also covered with snow. Looking out the window, his eyes were dreamy. This was the first time he went away and he wanted to come back quickly like this.

The face of the cute girl wearing a warm cotton jacket kept circling in his mind forever.

Tomorrow is Christmas, if he wasn’t here, he would invite that teddy bear out.

“Nancy, Merry Christmas.”

At exactly seven o’clock in the morning, Mina was in front of Nancy’s house. Last night, Dylan texted her the address and told her to come early, and told her to buy two portions of food to bring here.

Her beloved car was undergoing maintenance, so she had to take the bus for several trips.

Seeing the president appear with disheveled hair and wrinkled clothes, Mina thought there was something wrong with her eyes.

When she followed him into the house and upstairs, she was even more stunned when the door suddenly opened and Nancy limped out.

“You can dress yourself?” Dylan asked.

“Yes, it’s just a little longer than usual. Hello Miss Mina.” Nancy replied shyly and bowed to Lyle’s assistant.

“Ah, I was afraid you couldn’t move so I asked her to help. Everyone is a colleague.” Dylan’s face suddenly turned red.

“Mr. Dylan asked, but I didn’t expect it to be you.”

Mina said as she turned to look at Dylan. She felt so sorry for Lyle. Her boss was robbed of his muse by someone else.

Looking at Nancy’s appearance, Mina guessed that the noble president must have been starving for a long time to make this girl in such a state.
