CHAPTER 33
CHAPTER 33
It's been a complete week since armaan had left for Japan. But for dua it was like years a millions of
years. Though armaan skype her few times before he slept which was afternoon for dua being in india.
But they didn't never talked much. Say lack of common topics to share was the reason or He made her
nervous even being kilometers apart. He even send her some pictures. Which dua didn't like since one
of the lady from the work was head over heels for him. How dua knew it, it was written on her face. It
made dua annoyed.
But currently dua was sad. Because it's been three days that armaan hadn't contacted her. He made it
clear in his last message that his gonna be super busy lately and he might not have time to call her
back.
"Ma'am." The maid called.
Dua looked up from her phone which had armaan's last text messages displaying on it. "Hmmm" she
said looking at the maid.
" there is a delivery guy on the door." She said.
"Hmm. It must be the gym equipment's. That armaan order." She said and continued "I am coming."
Dua began to wear back her flip flops and tied the hijab tight, since it was really loose.
"Hello ma'am we are from the home gym fitness center. This is armaan rizvi's place. right?" A thin and
timid person in mid twenties spoke from the door frame.
"Yes it is. His out of town. You can shift the things." Dua said to him and called the maid to show them
there way to it.
"Okay ma'am. We would require a signature on some papers." The person said showing a writing pad
in front of her. It was filled with papers. He directed her for the signatures. As people began to run to
and fro carrying heavy boxes.
"Ma'am also we provide a person to fix the equipment in the place for free. We already talked to mr.rizvi
and he agreed to it. The person would be arriving in the afternoon." He said. Dua felt annoyed but
eventually agreed on it. It took hours for the stuff to get to it's place. Though dua didn't help in moving
any stuff but she was tired because of watching people move stuff and the noises made her more
irritated.
"Ma'am here's your coffee." The maid said placing a mug in front of her.
"Thank you." She said sipping the coffee.
"Madam should I prepare for dinner or you would." She asked.
"I am not feeling alright. I don't even feel like eating anything. Just give me sandwich for dinner." Dua
said suffering from her monthly stomach pain.
The maid nodded at her.
The door bell rang. Dua looked up at the maid. "I'll go and check." The maid said and left.
A few minutes later the maid came back. "A person is there he says his from home gym fitness center.
And his here to fix the equipment's." The maid said.
Dua got up from her place at the couch and headed towards the hall to check the person. He was a tall ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .
man who which you would be afraid to fight. Cause you would be hurt badly. Really badly. Dua
shivered only looking at him. We better not mess with him. Dua said to herself, in her mind.
"Are you alone." She asked the man. " I mean... You'll ...alone fix everything. On yo..your own." She
baffled. Badly.
"Yes. Ma'am I am alone." He said. His voice more dangerous than his looks. Dua nodded to him. The
maid began to show him the way. But while going dua had a bad gut feeling. A bad. He was eyeing her
like an xray scanner. Not only her but everything in the house.
"Weird." She murmured to herself. But quickly dismissed the thought as she felt a cramp in her
stomach.
She zombie walked back to the couch. She began to sip her coffee slowly as she stared hard at her
phone screen. She was being hopeless. Hopelessly in love with armaan. A sequel left her mouth as her
phone began to ring but it wasn't armaan. It was anam. It was a video call.
Dua talked to excited anam who was babbling about how panda said 'momma' for the first time and
she's been calling everyone and telling it to them. She missed panda.
"Well how's armaan jiju" she asked.
"His out. In japan for work." Dua replied.
"So that's the reason for the scowl." Anam said.
Dua nodded in positive but soon shook it in negative. Anam just laughed at her friends instincts.
"You are whipped dua." Anam said in between her chuckles. Dua just rolled her eyes on her friend.
"Wait. Let's add saba too." Anam said.
The girls talked for hours.
And that was one more day without armaan in dua's life.
