MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Amelia’s made a beeping sound, she pulled it out and creased her brow. “Umm… Liam I have to go with Chloe for her school competition… take care” She said and planted a kiss on Liam’s cheek.

“please be careful”

Amelia nodded her head and left the room, as soon as the door closed, Liam closed his laptop and pulled out his phone.

“Make sure they are guarded well… I don’t want any mistakes this time”

There was a knock on the door before it was pushed open… Stephanie stepped in with a pink luggage which Liam noticed to belong to amelia.

Stephanie’s eyes widened in shock, she bowed her head and was about to leave with the luggage before Liam stopped her.

“Wait! where are you going with that?” Liam questioned.

Stephanie massaged her nape acting nervous and scared. “Young miss asked me to bring it to her room”

Liam raised a brow, as far as he knew Amelia she wasn’t lazy to pack her things.

“Drop it in there” Liam mumbled pointing at the closet.

“No master I think I will bring it in when she comes back home…” Stephanie blurted out.

Liam tilted his head to the side,”Are you refuting my order?!” He said in a low growl.

Stephanie gulped down and wiped her sweaty forehead with the back of her palm.

“No.. no… master.. young miss asked me to bring it in only when she is around”

Liam stood up impatiently and pulled the luggage handle. “Leave this minute!” he yelled pointing at the closed doors.

Stephanie turned around and scurried out of the room.

Liam hissed in anger, his grey orbs slowly travelled to the pink luggage.

He became curious on what Amelia was hiding in the box and that too away from him.

He placed the luggage on the bed and unzipped it, a deep frown etched on his forehead as he stared at her neatly packed clothes.

“Is she planning to go on a vacation?” he mumbled confusedly.

His eyes caught a green colored sheet of paper that was buried among her clothes.

Liam pulled out the paper and flipped the note that was folded into two.

“Hmm.. what does it say?” he murmured, and almost immediately the smile on his face vanished.

He ransacked her neatly packed clothes to find two airplane tickets.

Like the speed of light he dashed out of the room closing the door harshly behind him..

Chloe pulled Amelia towards her group of friends.

“Wow.. Chloe’s mum is beautiful just like she says” one of the girls commented.

Amelia raised a brow “Mum?” she whispered to Chloe who shrugged.

“Yes I told you that I have a very pretty mum and your mum can’t be compared to her” Chloe bragged which left a downcast expression on her friends faces.

Amelia went on one knee to reach their heights “don’t listen to Chloe… I’m sure you must have really pretty mom’s” Amelia said trying to lift up their spirits.

“Well they are definitely not super star actresses” Chloe scorned.

“Chloe!” Amelia stood up on her feet taking Chloe away.

“Don’t scold me for their sake… they make jest of me whenever my mum doesn’t show up for my competition and sometimes they call me motherless”

Amelia’s gaze softened, she planted a kiss on Chloe’s cheeks and smiled.

“So you told them that I’m your mum?”

Chloe nodded eagerly “Yes! and don’t ruin my little lie or else I won’t speak to you anymore” she said with a pout which Amelia found cute.

A guard walked towards them and stopped by Amelia’s side… he whispered a few words to her which she nodded to.

“Listen sweetie I want you to wait right here for me I will be back okay?”

Chloe nodded “Don’t take too long”

Amelia smiled and touched Chloe’s head gently “Come on honey I will be back before you know it” Amelia assured and was about to leave.

“Big sis” Chloe called out before embracing Amelia tightly.

“Awwn I promise that I will come back.. just give me a few minutes okay?”

The guard handed Amelia a phone “Greg has been discharged from the hospital and I don’t want him near this environment make sure it’s well guarded” Amelia ordered which he bowed to.

She moved out of the way for him to leave, right now she didn’t want anything to ruin her new found happiness with Liam.

She suddenly had the urge to pee and she found the restroom after a two minutes walk in the hallway.

Amelia entered a cubicle and after a few more minutes she came out feeling relieved. She turned around to leave when she bumped into someone’s chest.

A soft gasp escaped her lips when she came face to face with the person.

“You!”

Before she could say anything anymore a liquid was sprayed on her face and she lost consciousness..

Liam arrived at Chloe’s elementary school, he walked into the building that was bubbling with kids and their parents.

It didn’t take him long before he spotted Amelia’s guards mixed in the crowd, when they saw him approaching they bowed.

“Where is Amelia?” his icy tone shook them to the core.

“She left a couple of minutes ago… she was heading towards the restroom”

Liam glanced around “And where is she? what is your job exactly?!”

Liam pulled out his phone and tried her line several times but he couldn’t get through, he hissed in anger and suddenly remembered something.

“track her location, there’s a tracking chip on her necklace find her location this minute!” he lashed out irritably.

He needed to speak to her unless he might go mad.

“No… she can’t do that… I trust her enough” he mumbled.

Meanwhile at a hotel….

Nicholas pushed Stephanie out of the room and threw a bundle of cash at her. “Take it and leave! your work here is done”

Stephanie glared at him “You have very limited time to do your part before Liam finds out that you are gone”

Stephanie turned around to leave when. she bumped into a lady.

“Get out now!” Allison ordered.

Nicholas furrowed his brows on seeing her, he cursed his luck so much.

Allison raised a brow at Nicholas and tried to peep into the room.

“I know that she is here with you!”

Nicholas tried to close the door but got hit on the head by Allison.

“You fool… you’ve actually helped me a lot by bringing this actress here”

Nicholas groaned in pain as he touched his injured head. “Are you mad?!” he yelled through gritted teeth trying to remain conscious.

His head injury hasn’t fully recovered yet, he staggered for a bit and eventually lost consciousness…

Allison smiled and tossed the rod she used on him aside, she walked into the suite to see Amelia peacefully sleeping.

“You can come in now” she yelled and few men came into the room.

Allison threw herself on the couch present in the suite. “I want to witness a real life drama…. poor little Amelia how will you be able to face Liam after this?”This belongs © NôvelDra/ma.Org.
