MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Aidan sat grumpily as he watched his mum pack his clothes.

“Mummy do we really have to go? I just made new friends”

Amelia glanced briefly at him and smiled “Honey we have no other choice, daddy got transferred so we have to leave too” Amelia said mimicking Aidan’s cute little voice.

“Why can’t he go alone?”

Liam raised his head when his door was pushed opened, a girl about ten years of age marched straight to his desk, he watched her pull off her backpack and threw it across his office.

Chloe placed both hands on the desk and glared at him.

“I’m here now! dad sent me to you so that I can get some lashing” she scorned.

Liam raised a brow, he still couldn’t believe that she was still upset with him all those years when he couldn’t find her big sis.

He pointed at the fluffy pink sofa at the farther end of the room.

“Sit over there!” He ordered and returned his gaze back to his laptop.

However, his laptop was closed down, he raised his head to meet her cold glare. For a second there he thought he saw Amelia’s trait in her.

“You can’t order me around Mr Arrogant!”

Liam’s lips parted in shock and surprise, how rude and mannerless of her.

“What did you just call me?” his voice came out in a low growl which didn’t seem to move her, not even a strand of her hair.

“Are you upset about it? well that’s a good thing.. I was even more upset when I found out that you were the reason big sis left”

Liam relaxed back on his seat, not this again.. he sighed and pointed his finger to the fluffy sofa once more.

“And what if I decide to remain standing? what are you going to do about it?”

Liam’s last shred of sanity was broken, he sprang up to his feet and walked around the table.

He grabbed Chloe’s arm and pulled her into a room in his office.

“Big bro let me out!” Chloe yelled banging the closed door.

Liam sighed in relief and returned back to his work..

Jason squeezed Amelia’s hands, he could feel how scared and tense she was.

“Don’t worry I’m here with you” He assured which Amelia didn’t find assuring at all.

Jason doesn’t know who her ex husband was, she tried to assure herself that all will be well.

“Dad, why is mummy sad again? did you say something to upset her?” Aidan questioned with furrowed brows.

Jason stared at the cutie from the rearview mirror, he could tell from his glowing grey orbs that he was upset.

“Amelia can you see how our son is ready to fight me? why don’t you get married to your mum instead and let’s see if you can do better than me” Jason jested with a smile.

“I’m sure that I will do a lot better than you” Aidan murmured.

Their car stopped in front of a five star hotel, Jason came down and opened the door for Amelia to step out.

He walked to the back seat, just when his hand was about to touch the door, Aidan pushed the door open which hit Jason pretty bad.

“I’m not a kid for you to do that!” Aidan arrogantly commented and stood beside his mum.

Amelia lifted his face up “Aidan say sorry” Amelia scolded.

“And why should I? he was the one who made me lose my new friends” Aidan defended.

Amelia sent an apologetic look to Jason, but the latter didn’t mind.

“You both can go in.. I’ll send in the luggages” Jason said which Amelia nodded to.

Liam came down from his car, beside him was the trouble called Chloe.

“Chloe listen I’m having a meeting here with a few business partners don’t ruin in it for me and I promise to get you whatever you really want”

Chloe’s eyes shone in greed, she knew he would stick to his promise…. her pupils dilated when she recalled how he locked her up in that sound proof room.

“I guess it will be double now since you locked me up”

Liam sighed and nudged her back to start moving, she was a real pain in the butt.

Amelia moved to the front desk with Aidan by her side.

Aidan looked up to his mum and saw how deep the conversation between she and the receptionist was.

He slowly moved back until he mixed up with other people.

“Room 506” the receptionist said with a smile which Amelia returned back.

She blinked her eyes multiple times to check if she was seeing things since Aidan was no longer by her side.

“Aidan” she called out only to receive weird gazes from people.

“sorry” she whispered, while she continued her search for her son.

Aidan stared at the interiors of the hotel with a smile on his face…

He raised his head to look up at the ceilings which were really high.

Liam stopped on his tracks and stared at her “I will give it to you only if you comply with me or else I won’t”

Chloe folded her arm and shook her head in protest. “I want it now!”

Liam pinched the bridge of his nose, where on earth did she come from, he pulled out his wallet and handed her his card.

“Here… now the deal is done and closed.. don’t bug me anymore!”

Chloe stared at the card with glee, he actually handed the card to her..

“I love you big bro” she called out which Liam ignored.

His lips drew a thin line, Chloe’s attitude was just like Amelia’s.

“Boss the clients are here” One of his guards announced to him.

Liam nodded in response and stood in front of the elevator.

The elevators door opened and a small boy around five years of age came out with two other elderly.

Liam’s brow drew together as he stared at the little boy who was also staring back at him with the same curiousity.

The guards exchanged meaningful gazes, no one needed to tell them what was going on because it was very clear.

Aidan’s lips parted in surprise as he stared at the tall man towering over him.

Liam was intrigued and shocked by what he was seeing.

“Wow.. big bro he looks a lot like you” Chloe broke the silence.

Liam crotched down on one kneel as he stared at the boy. “Hey… handsome”

Aidan smiled sweetly at Liam “You are more handsome..” Aidan replied back.

Liam blushed a bit and touched his hair that was so soft to feel.

“Can you tell me what your name is?” Liam inquired.

Jason walked towards them and was surprised by who he saw.

“I’m sorry Mr Grayson If he really troubled you…. he is the mischievous type” Jason apologized.

Liam forced a smile and pointed a finger at Aidan “he is your son?” Liam asked in curiousity.

Jason nodded “Yeah he is… you can tell from the way he looks” Jason said which made Liam lift a brow.

“You came all the way here with your family?” Liam asked.

“We’ve moved in to the city permanently, I would also love for you to meet my wife” Jason replied back.

Chloe squinted her eyes at the boy, sure enough he looked like her big bro but he still had the same features as Jason who was his father.

“Hmm.. how about dinner tomorrow night?” Jason asked to receive a nod from Liam.

“Bye super handsome uncle” Aidan waved back to Liam.

Liam smiled back in return and watched their backs leave.
