No longer a pushover (Noelle and Cedric)

Noelle walked over and sat down. Even though she already knew how the competition would turn out, watching it unfold still felt satisfying. "Nelly, look! Someone made a voiceover commentary video about today's match. It's hilarious!"

Noelle glanced at the video, and the commentary poked fun at Xenia's foolish moves. The voiceover added some hilarious lines.

"Ms. Little Bitch, your shooting speed can't keep up with your crying speed!

"I'm telling you, you're a gunner, not a little princess who needs protection. You're supposed to be the one protecting everyone else!"

After watching it, Noelle chuckled. "If she sees this, she'll probably start a live stream to cry and complain."

She knew Xenia too well. Sure enough, Xenia quickly issued a public statement, threatening to sue the video creator for defamation.

Team Luminark's defeat became the laughingstock of the community for days, providing endless material for jokes.

Noelle then received a call from Donovan, who questioned her. "Noelle, you didn't even participate in the finals? What's going on? Even if you're throwing a tantrum, you should know when to pick your moments!" Noelle responded mockingly, "It was Lucas who didn't want me to play in the first place. Later, when he couldn't find a suitable replacement, he lost the match because of his pride!"

"You know how Lucas is. He couldn't swallow his pride enough to ask you for help. But as his younger sister, couldn't you have taken the initiative?"

Noelle's tone turned cold. "There's no initiative to take."

With that, she hung up the phone, her previously good mood now soured. It only proved one thing: she had spoiled her family too much in the past, letting them overlook her and take everything from her without hesitation. However, she wasn't so naive anymore. Having vented her grievances from her past life, Noelle had been sleeping soundly these past few days.

Shortly after the finals ended, the college entrance exam results were released. On the day the results were announced, Noelle couldn't sleep at all. She sat in front of her computer early in the morning, anxiously waiting. Cedric walked in with a fruit platter. "Don't be so nervous. Are you really this unsure about yourself?"

"Yeah, a little. I just want to see the results."

Even though she had lived this life once before and knew the outcome of many events, she had no idea

Alfred walked in with peanuts and sunflower seeds, placing them on the table. "Let's snack while we wait.

"You two didn't take the college entrance exams?" Noelle asked, looking at them in surprise.

Cedric glanced at Alfred before replying, "We were admitted through recommendations and didn't take the final exams."noveldrama

"Yeah, that's right, we were admitted through recommendations," Alfred quickly added, realizing he had almost let something slip.

For people like them, studying abroad was the only other option besides recommendations.

Noelle looked at them with newfound respect. "The school you were recommended to wouldn't happen to be Yole University, would it?" "Ahem, Nelly, you guessed it! So smart!"

"I didn't expect you two to be so impressive!"

Feeling guilty, Alfred quickly

Noelle didn't press further. She took a deep breath and logged into the website.

When the time came, she entered her exam number and password and clicked to view her results.

But when the results page loaded, she was stunned. "Why isn't anything showing? It's just a bunch of asterisks."
