Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring

Chapter 217

Chapter 217

Before Naomi could answer, Dylan continued, "I don't see any pharmacy around. I have to send everyone back to the hotel first. Shall we get medicine when we head back to the city?"

Dylan gave Naomi a rather troubled look.

Naomi opened her mouth. She subconsciously looked at the cars in front of her. At that moment, the cars had already started moving. She nodded. "Okay, then."

Then, she looked at Scott sitting next to her, surprised that he was already looking at her. His gaze was as usual, just like the way he looked at her when they were married.

Naomi thought for a while before asking, "Are you unwell? Tell us if you are."

It was always difficult to read his expression. No one ever knew what he was thinking, so she would not know if he was unwell or otherwise.

Just like she said, he had to tell them if he was feeling unwell, or the situation would only worsen if he kept silent.

Dylan buckled his seatbelt, and the chauffeur started the car, following the cars in front.

Dylan pursed his lips and smiled when he heard what Naomi said. He had wondered what Scott did to have earned her concern, but it turned out Scott 'sacrificed' himself to gain her pity. What a genius.

Scott looked at Naomi's concerned gaze and replied, "Not yet."

Naomi furrowed her brow. 'Not yet'? What about later?

The car ride was two hours back to Herland. She was truly worried. She looked out of the window and looked at the time on her phone. She said, "If you feel unwell, let me know. We'll find a pharmacy nearby to get some meds." This is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

"Mh."

They said nothing else. Their conversation sounded normal, but Dylan could barely hold his laughter in.

Not yet?

Scott was clearly doing this on purpose. He wanted to make Naomi worry. That cruel bastard!

Dylan struggled not to laugh. He wanted to let Scott enjoy the feeling of being cared for by the woman he adored.

Naomi had said what she needed to say. She was not going to say anything further, but she kept looking at the time and out of the window. She was clearly worried.

Scott saw how sincere she was.

Dylan looked at them from the rearview mirror from time to time. He never stopped smiling. The two of them were really amusing!

The car reached Herland at nine at night. Dylan sent everyone back to the hotel before getting in the car.

Naomi was asking Scott about how he was feeling, whether he had a fever, or if he was coughing.

Dylan, having heard her questions, said, "Naomi, just feel his forehead and you'll know, right?"

Dylan looked at Naomi with a perplexed look as if asking why she did not feel his forehead.

Naomi was stunned. Feel his forehead? That seemed a little inappropriate. She had never done that when they were married at all. It would be even more inappropriate at that moment.

Naomi opened her mouth and said, "I just…"

Before she could finish her sentence, Dylan grabbed her hand and placed it on Scott's forehead.
