The Curia's elders, royal guards, and Colin staggered backward due to the massive shockwave from the explosion.

Everything inside the reception room, including the tables and chairs, was shattered to pieces.

Even the awe-inspiring War God behind Baccio shattered instantly the moment their fists collided.

Nathan maintained his battle stance, while Baccio was sent flying backward for a good ten meters or so before he collided with the wall. The impact was so great that it left a large hole in the wall, and only then did he manage to steady himself. Blood trickled down the corner of his lips as his face turned a sickly pallor.

He had hoped to force Nathan into combat form with his signature move, God's Trial.

However, he never thought that a seemingly ordinary punch from Nathan would be able to break through his God's Trial, leaving him severely injured.

"Elder Baccio."

The other four elders were both shocked and angry to see Baccio injured.

They held nothing back, unleashing their full power as they turned into four ghostly shadows and joined forces to take Nathan down.

The four elders roared as they unleashed their ultimate moves against Nathan.

Having already pulled out all the stops, victory was just one step away.

In their view, even if their combined efforts couldn't kill Nathan, they should at least be able to force him to reveal his vampire form.

Nathan held a bloodied dagger in his left hand. Thin as a cicada's wing, it was one of his weapons known as the Snowsphere. Drip!

As a droplet of blood slid down the blade and splashed onto the ground, Nathan's dagger returned to its former clean state.

He then hid the dagger up his sleeve as if performing a magic trick.

With his hands clasped behind his back, he glared at Baccio. "I gave you such a warm welcome, but you disrespected me and brandished your swords at me. Do you have any last words now that you've fallen into my hands?"

Baccio's face clouded over.

Not only because he was injured, but also because he suffered a huge blow to his ego.

He came to Eurasia with four Elders, two War Gods of the Light, and a large group of cardinals.

One could say that the Curia's warriors were full of elites.

However, much to his dismay, most of his men were either dead or injured after battling with Nathan. Even he was knocked down.

What's even more terrifying was that even though the Curia suffered severe casualties, they couldn't even force Nathan to reveal his combat form.

He became disheartened at that moment.

Nathan was a rare find since he was so strong.

He couldn't imagine anyone standing up to Nathan in combat form when he was already so terrifying without it.

Baccio sighed. Probably only a Demigod from the Divine Realm or a God can stand up to Nathan.

Nathan noticed that Baccio and the others were silent as their heads hung low in dejection.

However, he couldn't be bothered to waste time with these people. With a wave of his hand, he ordered, "Guards, arrest them and lock them up in the Sky Prison. We will deal with them another day."

The royal guards quickly swarmed in and apprehended the injured Baccio and everyone else.
