Chapter 15 INTRODUCTION PARTY
“Lexi are you in there?” her mother’s voice snapped her out of her thought.
“Yes mom,” she answered without taking her eyes off Aziz and raised her brows at him.
He closes the tiny space between them and pressed his lip on her forehead.
“We will finish this conversation another day.”
He moved away from her and walked to the left side of her room, she wanted to ask him what he was doing when he moved the painting on the wall away, he pushed open a door and walked into his room to her amazement.
She was still standing there, her jaw slacked when her mother delivers two sharp knocks on the door again.
“Baby, is there something wrong?” She shook her head and moved to the door.
Pulling it open, Daphne’s worried face came to view as she found her way into the room.
“What took you so long to open the door?” she asked.
“I was getting ready for my bath mom.”
Daphne’s expression softens as she stares at her. “Are you alright?” She asked.
“I’m fine… I am totally fine.”
“Then why did you suddenly run into your room like that? you made me think something is wrong with you.”
“Yea, something is wrong with me. I want my so-called stepbrother to fill me up with his cock every time I see him.” She wanted to say, but she knew that would only cause some problems for her mother.
“I didn’t want to be disturbed mom, I need to finish up everything, and having every one of you around me would not help.”
“Are you sure?” Daphne asked.
“Mom!” She rolled her eyes. “If there is anything you need to know, I’ll tell you right away, but for now, I can’t tell you anything.”
“Fine, if you can’t talk to me now, I will respect your decision,” Daphne pats her head. “Just make sure you take care of yourself until you are ready to talk.”
Lexi bobbed her head, pulling her mother into a hug.
“That is settled then, I have good news for you,” Daphne squealed.
“What is it?” A smile crept its way to Lexi’s face as she leans forward expectantly.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.
“Balthas wants to introduce you to all his family, friends and every one of his staff as his stepdaughter, so he organized a little party for you.”
“A! Ah!! You can’t give an excuse because I already said yes in your place.” She cut her off.
“All you have to do is get into that bathroom of yours and have a cold bath,” she looked down at her wristwatch. “You have only 30 minutes to get ready, I’ll go quicken Aziz up.”
She walks out after that, and Lexi huffed…
“Who said I want an introduction party?” She scoffed, before walking into the bathroom to get ready.

Minutes later, she was putting a finishing touch to her makeup when a knock sounded on her door.
“Come in,” she called, without checking who was at the door.
She looked up to see Aziz walk in and she almost dropped the eyeliner in her hand.
Goodness!
He could have been spawned from the purest of diamonds because right now, she was blinded by his raw beauty.
“You look gorgeous,” she swallowed hard at their proximity.
“T-thank you,” she looked away before he could see her blushing furiously.
Since he confessed his attraction to her, he decided not to hide it anymore. He wanted her and it was clear to him that she wanted him too.
All that was left is for her to accept her feeling and everything will fall into place, he was tired of walking on edge around her.
The need to possess her and have her bend over her bed as he pushed her to the edge gripped him, and he suck in huge gulps of air before stepping back from her.
“Dad asked me to come to get you, they are waiting by the car,” he avoided looking at her before he loses control and take her just the way he had imagined.
“I am done,” she got up and that is when he saw the dress she was wearing.
A black bodycon gown with a bare back that hugged her figure, and a long slit on her right thigh, exposing the flesh there and he was tempted to cover her up.
“Let’s go,” her voice dragged him from his inner tumult.
He watched as her ass check bounced with each step she took, and he pressed his hand in front of his trouser, to keep the bulge in them from being visible.
“You are here,” he looked up to see they had stepped out of the house, he had been so busy checking her out he didn’t know when they walked down the stairs.
They got in the car, and the drive to the venue held so much silence and discomfort. Aziz exhale as they stepped out of the car.
Lexi stole a glance at him and just as she expected, he was looking at her with blatant needs. He didn’t even try to hide it.
“Aziz!” a female voice snagged her attention.
From the corner of her eyes. She could see him smile as she flew into his arm and he caught her effortlessly.
She held on too tight, her hand running over his back like her long-lost love. He pulled away from her and stared into her eyes.
“It’s been such a long time Aziz, when is the last time we talked?”
“A year or more,” he shook his head, still smiling.
“Come… My parents are waiting,” before he could utter another word in response, she pulled him into the hall.
Lexi scoffed again; she grabs her purse when Balthas next word made her stop walking.
“Those two have been cute since they were a child,” Lexi leaned closer a little bit, so she could hear what her stepfather was saying.
“Child? They have been close since childhood?” She wanted to ask but stopped herself.
“Who is she?” Her mother asked.
“Her name is Cora; she was adopted when Tania haven’t conceived.”
“Who is Tania?” Lexi butt in.
“Tania is Balthas’s younger sister, he is the eldest, Lucian is the second born and Tania is that last of the family.”
Lexi nodded her head absentmindedly, she wanted to go in and see what is going on inside.
As if he could read her mind, Balthas extend his arm to her and she took it, together with her mother, they walked into the bustling hall.
Lexi scanned the crowd until her gaze found its target, she frowned when she saw the way Cora pressed herself against Aziz. What annoys her even more, is the fact that he didn’t even try to get away from her.
“Balthas,” she heard the voice before seeing the face.
“I’m glad you could make it Tania,” he wrapped his arm around his baby sister and she smiled.
“I wouldn’t miss it for anything, the wedding being just two days away make the journey more meaningful.”
Balthas squeezed her shoulder.
“Aren’t they perfect for each other, they look like real couples just standing there,” Lexi followed her gaze and her hand tightened around her purse when she saw who Tania was referring to.
“They do,” Balthas agreed, the urge to scourge out his eyes was so strong that she had to move away from him.
Tania waved Aziz and Cora over with a smile on her face. Lexi kept her face away, so she won’t run the risk of letting the world knows how she feels for her stepbrother.
“Mother!” Cora yelled a little too loudly.
“My darling… I was just talking to my brother here, telling him how you two look so good together.”
“You think so?” Cora asked. “I can’t wait to be called his girlfriend.”
Lexi whipped her face to look at Aziz, and she found him staring at her. She fisted her hand beside her.
“He didn’t even deny it?” She muttered to herself.
Aziz smirked subtly, he knew Lexi was attracted to him and he already accepted the way he feels around her.
Wanting to see her reaction, he pulls Cora closer and he couldn’t hold back the smile that formed on his lip when her gaze trained on that simple action, before looking away.
He took his hand away from Cora’s shoulders and stepped away from her.
“Excuse me,” Lexi interrupts the moment. “I need to get a drink.”
She waltzes away from them, not wanting to hear just one more word about how Aziz and Cora are the best couples.
“What do you think?” Cora’s voice pulled him back to their discussion.
“Think about what?”
“How we are good together… everyone can see it, and they are starting to ask when you would propose.”
Aziz stepped back even more and offer her an apologetic smile.
“Tell them to stop speculating the wrong thing, and whenever they ask you when I’ll propose,” he looked straight into her eyes. “Let them know you are nothing more than a sister to me, adopted or not.”
Cora’s smile fell, but she masked it so quickly. “Let’s leave that discussion for another time, for now, let’s enjoy your stepsister’s party.”
The older ones in the ballroom walked out of the room and went up the stairs, leaving the young ones on the first floor.
The music changed and the dance floor was soon crowded.
“Care for a dance?” A voice asked beside her, and she looked up.
Without wasting time, she rejected his offer and looked away. She pinned her gaze on her two targets and watch each of their movement like a hawk.
She wanted to walk towards them and yank Cora’s hair so hard until she pulls out everything, but she knew that would only ruin not just her reputation, but that of her mother’s.
“I need a drink,” she told the barman, still not taking her eyes off of them. The way Cora so blatantly flirts with him as if she owns him, and the way he let her rub herself on him call out an uncivilized part in her.
Aziz looked up from where he was sitting with winked at her, he turns away and gave his full attention to Cora.
He said something to her that made her laugh, she placed her hand on his thigh and caress it.
“Here is your drink,” the barman hand over a glass to her.
“About time,” she mumbled as she gulps the wine at once.
Aziz looked at her secretly and smiled, he wanted to make sure she confesses her attraction to him without shying away from it.
So he did the one thing that he knew would drive her crazy…
He placed his hand on Cora’s waist and guided her to the dancefloor
