She’s Married, Sir (Scarlett and Sebastian)

Chapter 228

Chapter 228

Upon seeing the driver’s respectful demeanor towards Travis, Scarlett was somewhat perplexed.

Confused, she got into the car and couldn’t help but turn her head to look at Travis, who was sitting

next to her.

“What do you do?”

Having spent a year in the UK, she had never seen Travis work, yet upon his return to the country, he

had become the respected Mr. Weber How did this happen?

Travis raised his thick eyebrows at her and said rather arrogantly, “I’m an architect.”

The driver in the front row turned back and added, “Of all the renowned architects in the world, Mr.

Weber is placed second.”

Scarlett asked the driver. “Who is the first?”

The driver suddenly fell silent, while Travis turned his head and looked out of the window.

The mention of a sensitive topic caused the atmosphere in the car to plummet.

Scarlett lowered her head and thought about it. Could it be that the first was her sister. Rebecca?

The car swiftly pulled up to a villa, and after the driver parked it in the garage, he lugged the baggage

out.

As he pushed the luggage, he said to the two of them. “Mr. Weber, Miss Burke, please come with me.”

Travis did not seem to be familiar with this villa. The driver led the way in front, and he followed behind

casually.

Scarlett stepped into the villa, taking in the familiar layout reminiscent of her home in England.

Travis should have bought this when he was abroad, taking into account Rebecca’s preferred style.

She didn’t care about the layout and style; her only focus was to find Susan and Liam

She chose a room on the second floor facing Travis and asked him impatiently, “Can I leave now?”

Travis crossed his arms and leaned lazily against the door frame. He asked unhurriedly, “Can you

drive?”

Scarlett ground her teeth. “Yes”

Travis spun around and headed for the study room. He nonchalantly tossed a set of car keys into

Scarlett’s hand and said. “Be back by ten tonight or I’ll come to get you myself”

Scarlett glanced at the car keys and then looked at him. “Did my sister have a driver’s license here?”

Travis ignored her stupid question. He directly turned around and went back to his room.

Scarlett, holding the car keys and at a loss, was handed a file bag by the driver who had just walked

in.

Scarlett opened the bag and, upon inspection, found Rebecca’s ID card and other personal

identification documents, both domestic and international.

Rebecca frequently traveled between the two countries and held a driver’s license in one of them.

Scarlett was unsure of how Travis managed it, but the pictures were all swapped out for hers.

Scarlett breathed a sigh of relief. She took the driver’s license and car keys and rushed to the garage.

When Scarlett saw the Medes lit up with lights, she was stunned. Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

Was this the type of car that women liked, and had Travis prepared it for her in advance?

Scarlett did not have time to think too much. She opened the car door, sat in, and headed straight for

Susan’s apartment.

She went to look for Susan first, as the Gatsby Group had left an emotional scar on her, preventing her

from searching for him as she had done before.

Driving in a hurry to the apartment, she was dismayed to find that the lock and even the door had been

changed.

Scarlett stood outside the door, stunned for a moment, confusion and helplessness washing over her.

Was Susan in the new house if she wasn’t in the apartment?

She had a feeling that Susan wouldn’t be at the house, yet she still headed towards the community

where Cosino and Susan resided.

She parked the car in the community, went to a security guard to register the information, and rushed

into the building. Stepping out of the elevator, she headed straight to their home, her nerves still

jangling as she stood at the door. Gathering her courage, she took a few deep breaths before raising

her hand to knock on the door, afraid of searing Susan.

Soon, a female voice came from inside, “Who is it?”

This voice did not belong to Susan. Instead, it sounded a little like…
