Chapter 22 Tracking

Chapter 22 Tracking

The car window opened a bit and the lights were not turned on. Sebastian took a cigarette from the

pack and lit it, and called Fiona, "Wait for a few more minutes, I haven't arrived yet."

He kept watching the woman all the time, and the man was leaning over her very heavily. When she

bent down to send the man into the car, her chest revealed, and even though she had tried to cover it

with her hand, it seemed to be futile.

Seeing Emily Morris bowed and scraped to beg for livelihood, Sebastian took a breath of smoke, and a

thick puff of white smoke came out of his mouth, covering the black eyes with a little bit of gloom.

After bustling for several minutes, Emily took a deep breath and got into the taxi.

Fiona came and farewelled to friends, she got on to the Maybach where Sebastian parked opposite.

Sebastian looked sullen, and the smell of smoke in the car was heavy. As he drove the car, he asked,

"My place or yours?"

Fiona saw that there was something wrong with him, and then asked in a very cautious manner, “Do

you know that woman?"

Sebastian thought he had hidden his mood well, but he didn't expect it to be seen through. He

coughed, "I don't know her well."

"I don’t believe you!" Fiona looked relieved, "I guess I will have a bunch of blind dates when I back

home."

Thinking of Oskar's behavior earlier, he tentatively asked, "Aren't you getting along with that Oskar?

You don’t have to worry that no one accompanies you to visit relatives?"

"Brother, don't talk about him, tell me about you!" Fiona felt a little drunk, closed her eyes and nestled

sideways on the front passenger seat like a snail, and said lazily, "When will you find a sister-in-law for

me? You are almost 31, and now you don’t even have a girlfriend."

Sebastian didn’t know the reason why he would immediately think of Emily when he heard the word

“girlfriend”. Many women had had an affair with him, and she was by no means outstanding.

He shook his head lightly as if he wanted to get rid of his thoughts, but the scene of Emily and Oskar

standing together became clearer and clearer in his mind.

Emily returned home drunk, Oskar then called and said that he had left his key in her bag. She opened

it and found that it was true.

This rich man was very tricky, and he made up various reasons to let her drink. She always found

better excuses to reject. Now the dinner was finished, and he stilled harassed her.

He was deliberately pestering her. She was not stupid and thought of hiring a help to do the errand.

After waiting for more than ten minutes downstairs, the man arrived. She asked the errand man to give

the key to Oskar.

Oskar said on the phone, "Miss Emily, are you not afraid that I will break the contract?"

"Mr. Miller wouldn't be so mean, would you?"

Emily was not only afraid but also unwilling. She worked so hard to keep this relationship. When things

were almost finished, the results might turn unsatisfied.

Oskar understood her very well and said, "But I want more. I have my desires. I have never treated

myself casually."

"I'm sorry, I can't do this. If Mr. Miller is upset, please find yourself a partner." She cursed in her mind.

Once the other end showed ace in the hole, she had to make the worst decision.

"Miss Emily, I'm not in a hurry. Let’s see…"

She didn’t know what he meant. When they were speaking, Emily just came out of the elevator, and a

dark shadow flashed in front of her eyes. Because she had listened to Oskar carefully, she didn’t pay

much attention to that shadow and thought it was someone's Alaska swaying on the corridor.

She hung up the phone, took the key to open the door, and a man's low voice came from behind.

"Aren't you very good at hooking up men? Why you reject him just now?"

Emily was so scared that the key in her hand fell to the ground. She looked back and said, "Why are

you here?"

Did he stand behind her silently and want to scare her to death?

Sebastian leaned against the wall with an uninterested expression. He looked at her, "You have gone

to the Miller family now, so I can't be here?"

Emily smiled and said softly, "Oskar and I..."

She had not finished talking. A black shadow instantly enveloped her head. Sebastian pressed her

against the wall fiercely, fingers on her chin and cheeks, and the anger in his eyes seemed to burn her

out.

"Now you have called his name directly?" He talked angrily, "He also gave you this house, right?"

As soon as Sebastian spoke, a smell of cigarette and alcohol rushed her face. She felt uncomfortable

for herself had drunk a lot of alcohol today, and her stomach was churning.

She moved off his fingers one by one, with a smile on her perfectly skinned face. She thought for a

while before talking, "So, Mr. Clark is here to check out?"

The people who came in and out of the elevator saw this scene with a curious look. They might guess

that they were just a couple in a quarrel.

Emily and Sebastian were handsome and beautiful, so some passers-by wanted to take pictures.

“Get out.”

He roared, and the passers-by hurried into the elevator in fright.

Seeing him get angry, Emily smiled and teased, "Mr. Clark likes to vent anger to the innocent?"

Sebastian looked at her with disgust in his eyes, as if he was watching other people's sputum on the

ground, "A female prisoner who just came out of jail can afford a house?"

She didn't buy the house. It was a reward given by her dad when she got admitted to the university

when she was 18 years old. She would come here regularly for a while.

Emily smiled self-deprecatingly and kept silent.

Sebastian put down his hand. They stood closely. He seemed to be habitually issuing commands,

"From now on, stay far away from Oskar Miller."

She hated his condescending and domineering attitude, and she had the desire to knock him off.

"Why?"

Whatever he said, she wouldn’t give up the opportunity for an promotion.

That was because he never thought how terrible her life would be, and never helped her.

"Emily Morris, do you have to be so cheap?"

She blinked at him, showing a chuckle that had been practicing for a long time. She said in a whisper,

"Is it like this?"

"You know what kind of person that Oskar Miller is? You think you can always be by his side? Emily

Morris, don't be too arrogant. Be careful or you will be framed and have trouble." Sebastian Clark's jaw

trembled, and his eyes got scarlet as if he wanted to kill her to vent his anger.

Emily Morris had just learned that Oskar had quite a background. Sebastian was from the upper class.

It was not surprising that he knew such a young man, but he seemed to be so concerned about Oskar

Miller. NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.

She dared not make this man jealous of herself, but there was only one possibility...
