Spoiled by the Silver Fox

Chapter 732

Sullivan's chauffeur was covered in blood, his face a grisly mask as he turned to Sullivan and said, "Mr. Sullivan, we've been in an accident. Someone rammed our car on purpose."

Sullivan saw it too.

Ahead, a black SUV was parked.

Perched inside was a man in a baseball cap.

The dim streetlights revealed the scar running down his face and his sinister features.

His eyes, cold and lethal, belonged to that of a professional hitman.

Sullivan's brow furrowed slightly as he asked, "Can you still drive?"

The driver, dazed and confused, muttered, "No. I can't."

"Don't panic. I'll call 911 for you. Just lie down and rest for a bit, don't move."

"Thanks."

The driver couldn't hold on any longer and slumped over the steering wheel.

After Sullivan dialed 911 and hung up, he noticed Emily's face had turned ghostly pale.

"Aren't you calling the police too?"

"No time," Sullivan replied, shaking his head.

The man from the SUV, having forced them to stop, and with the driver out cold, was now stepping out and heading their way.

And he wasn't alone-three more thugs emerged from the backseat.

Four in total, looking like they were straight out of a gangster film.

Sullivan's eyes darkened as he instructed, "Go to the back and stay with Stephanie."

"But what about you?" Emily asked, her eyes wide.

Sullivan ruffled her hair with a smile, "If I make it back, I'll buy you a lollipop tomorrow. If not, remember to visit my tomb, will you?"

"Do you mean if you die, there'll be no one to remember you?"

"That's right."

For some reason, Emily felt a sharp pang in her heart.

She nodded earnestly, "Okay. I promise. But I'd much rather have that lollipop."

"I'll try my best."

He was one man facing four thugs, all of whom seemed trained in combat.

From behind the car window, Emily watched as Sullivan moved with a grace and precision that belied the night, his movements more befitting of an assassin than the thugs Ke faced. His actions were swift, accurate, and ruthless.

But still, there were too many of them.

Eventually, outnumbered, Sullivan began to falter.

Stephanie, groggy and confused, climbed up from the floor and asked, "Emily, what's happening?"

"We're in trouble. Sullivan went out to fight the bad guys."

"He's fighting them? Open the door, I can fight too!"

Emily gave a wry smile, "Sullivan locked the doors. We can't get out, and they can't get in."

"Can Sullivan beat them?" Stephanie was halfway sober now, her head still foggy and throbbing.

"It doesn't look good. They've started using knives."

"Wait, didn't Silver Fox send people to protect me? Where are they?"

"Maybe, they're only here to protect you, not anyone else?"

As they spoke, two plainclothes men suddenly appeared, joining the fray.

One of them quickly returned to their vehicle and drove it towards the fight, attempting to ram through. The group scattered, and in the next moment, the thugs were leaping into the car, ready to escape.

But before they fled, one of them threw a venomous look at Sullivan, as if to blame him for meddling.
