Start With An Unexpected Affair

Yasmin broke the kiss and look directly into his eyes, his nut brown eyes bore into hers and she feel her heart falling more for him

He want to initiate another kiss but Yasmin’s hands went forward and stop him before he can, she inhale sharply and try sitting up

“I…” She said signaling him she want to talk

“What are we now?” She ask the very question that has been bothering her

He’s a married man and she’s a single lady, doing this with him is considered having an affair.

It’s an indecent relationship but she want to know what he thinks of her, them together doing these stuffs, is she just some girl he satisfy his lust with or does he have something for her?

Kyler blink his eyes up and remove his hands from behind her and then put them round her waist and drag her to himself.

Yasmin’s body hit his muscular body and she gasps, his eyes stare at her and he make sure there is no space between them as she could feel his breathe and cologne

“Am I still a burden to you?” She asked trying not to flutter under his touch

“Yes” he said and lift her chin up to let their eyes meet

“A burden i want to be with, a burden I think I’m willing to risk many things for”

Yasmin’s eyes move slowly reading his eyes and she could feel the sincerity in them and feel his slowly beating heart

“I have my head fill with the thoughts of you all day and I feel like I’m losing my mind, just wanting to be with you all hour” he confess and exhale

Kyler brought his lips close to her neck and sniff in her hair, he push her hair to the left to reveal her nape.

He give a gentle and delicate kiss to feel her warmth and Yasmin feel her body wiggle in strong sensation

“I love your scent” he whispered and she inhale sharply.

He gives another soft bite on her nape and Yasmin involuntary wrap her hand around his neck as she bite her lower lips to suppress a moan.

“I want to be with you”

Veronica stares at her stomach in her new dress, the tiny stomach seem to have grow big than usual, she rubs her tummy to feel the baby and her face grow hate

She can’t even feel the baby who has caused disruption into her smooth life.

If this baby was never there maybe her marriage with Kyler won’t be in the mess it is now, she could have just easily end things with Conrad like she did and continue her life.

Thinking about how things turn and her being the one who is trapped make Veronica hate on the baby and think of getting rid of it whether it cost her life or not

“I can’t even take my beauty treatments anymore” she grunt angrily and sit down on the bed.

Even since the bad day happened, she hasn’t been able to leave the house, she wasn’t sure if Kyler didn’t let her because he was insecure she would go back to the other man.

Veronica pick up her phone and decide to call Kyler, the phone rings on the other side for so long and nobody pick up

She try his office desk phone and it rings twice before it is finally answered and Alex’s voice came in

“This is Black corporation….”

“Is Kyler there?” Veronica cut him short

“No ma’am, he has matters to take care of outside the company” he answered

“What matters?”

“That is confidential unless President Black want me to tell you”

“It’s fine I get it” she said and hang up the call.

She thought quick and dialed another number, the call was picked on the first ring

“Good evening Mrs. Black” an exhilarate voice greeted

“Hi Emilia, is my husband in the office?”

“President Black has not come to the office since yesterday”

“Are you sure?”

“Yes I haven’t seen him, Mr. Jones has been the one attending to things”

“Okay thank you, i will send you something” she said and cut the call.

Veronica feel disgruntled and put the phone down, what she just heard confirm her worries that Kyler is really avoiding her

He lied about being in the office throughout yesterday and only came back at odd hour, he leaves almost immediately claiming to be going back to office

Veronica’s gaze went to the clock and it’s already past five but he’s not back yet, if not in the office where can he be? Some place she doesn’t know about?

When Veronica hear him drive in she rush down the stairs to meet him and block his way

“Where are you coming from?’

“…”

“Don’t you dare say you’re coming from the office cause I know you’re not”

“Let’s talk inside the room Veronica” he said and walk past her but she stop him again

“You’re hurting me Kyler!”

“I know I messed up but you promised to forgive me and let it go, why then are you treating me poorly?”

“I’m tired, can we discuss this after I take a rest”

“Tired from doing what? You did not go to the office today, so why are you tired? And where have you been?”

She wait for him to give her answers but he stay quiet and rub his forehead instead

“I’m still your wife Kyler… or am I not?”

“Stop this Veronica I’m tired” he yelled

“I am also tired Kyler for two weeks now you’ve been avoiding me”

“That’s not true!” He denied

“Hell yes it is…. if it’s because of the baby, i find a solution to it”

Kyler’s head snap at the mention of the pregnant and he exhale hard

“I will get rid of it”

“You want to end your life?”

“Isn’t that what you wanted? To frustrate me until I voluntary end things myself”

“What are you talking about Veronica? That’s not true”

“Well I think it is, I’m already frustrated and if this thing is the only thing standing between my happiness with you, I don’t care what it will cost me…”

“Even if it’s my life” she said and let some tears flow down

Kyler watch her cry for long seconds realizing what his careless action has caused, he hasn’t hope for things to turn out this way but it seems it already did.

He has been hurting her without knowing, abandoning her and letting her fall in depression until she eventually takes her life just like his mother did.

Kyler took Veronica’s hands and pull her closer, he use his thumb to wipe away her tears and embrace her

Veronica smile inwardly glad this work out good, she should have thought of this method sooner, as far as he’s still hurt by his mother’s death this will always work

She embrace him back and smile out, she try to initiate an intimacy when Kyler suddenly pull away and stare at her

Veronica was a little confuse and stare back but Kyler turn away and leave her on the spot.

“Did she just fail again?” She asked herself not believing her eyes

If this is real… then this is not the Kyler she knew, not the man that was in love with her and definitely not the man she got married to.

Veronica walk to the penthouse and stop at the security for a brief check before going in.

The place is familiar since it isn’t her first time there and she took the elevator to the twelfth floor where Conrad’s flat is

She got to the door in no time and input the passcode, the door opens and she feel relief he has not changed the passcode

The house is in a bit of a mess with some alcoholic bottles on the floor and few clothes, Veronica walk through the mess and made her way to the bedroom

She sees Conrad sleeping half-naked with his clothes and shoes on the floor, Veronica look around to see if there is some lady but he is alone on the bed

“Conrad?” She called and inhale

His body move a little and he open his eyes slowly rubbing through the tiredness, he turn to look and his eyelids went wide open

“Veronica?” He called astound

Veronica go to meet him on the bed and sit down close to him, he sits up in a quick speed and stare at her

“You… you’re here!” He was saying when she pull him in for a hug

Conrad hugs back and look around to see if the girl he was with last night is still around

His eyes dash around the room and landed on the clothes on the floor, the ladies clothes are gone

‘good’ he breathed

“Did something happen?” He asked her and caresses her face

“It’s Kyler… i don’t think I know him anymore” she said

Conrad mashed his lips against hers as if trying to flatten her mouth and she hungrily push in her mouth open and her tongue pushes through his clenched teeth to the moist space within.

Veronica gripped his head firmly like she doesn’t want him to escape and he work his tongue against hers.

Their tongues battles back and forth like they are trying to pin each other and their hands went straight at each other’s clothes, stripping it off in matters of seconds.

Conrad push her back to the bed and his body sleep on hers, he loosen her brassiere and curb her bosoms into his hands.

Veronica let out a moan and put a finger in her mouth giving it a bite as he continue stroking her, he stops and grab her lips again before finally entering into her.
