The Alpha’s Obsession with his Ex-Contract Luna

Chapter 90

Chapter 90

A few days earlier, the Dark Moon packhouse was on fire. Charlotte had gone mad and could not take Alpha Nick’s harsh treatment of her anymore. Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

It was one of those days after training when she followed him to his office against his will. “Get out, Charlotte. I have work to do,” Alpha Nick snarled. His mood had turned ugly ever since Sheila’s departure.

He hardly smiled, and nothing interested him anymore. Charlotte had wasted so much time and was not willing to waste any more. She had already given Alpha Nick enough time to come around.

Besides, his treatment of her reminded her so much of how he treated Sheila in the at least the pack members were not as rebellious against Sheila as they were towards Charlotte.

“No. You clearly don’t want me, so I want to take your offer to leave the pack for a while. You can let some female warriors come with me. You also stopped the work on my parents‘ house for over a year now. Nick, I need a break.”

She wasn’t gaining anything in the pack. It would be better for her to return to New York to do something worthwhile with her life, and she felt strongly that her absence would cause Alpha Nick to miss her.

When she was away, he missed her a lot, but when she returned, he was turned off. It was the same with Sheila, so Charlotte thought the best way was to leave him for the time being until he comes begging.

She would ensure that they mate and mark each other before she returns to him again. To her utmost disappointment, Alpha Nick responded slightly harshly,

“Well, the offer to allow you to leave the pack is no longer available.”

Charlotte’s expression turned cold. Alpha Nick had no idea the kind of life she had lived, giving it all up to be by his side. Not even Tom could hold her down when she lived with him.

Charlotte still had the freedom to do as she pleased, but right now, she felt suffocated and wanted to be liberated. “What are you talking abour

Alpha Nick gazed at her with a dark gaze that made her tremble. She could not understand the reason for his behaviors, no matter how much thought she put into it.

“You will not leave this pack until I decide so. Now get out,” he yelled. He hadn’t caused her enough pain, so why should he let her go when she destroyed him?

“I…”

“I said, get out,” Alpha Nick yelled. Charlotte stumbled but held back from falling. Yet, she did not look like she wanted to leave. Something had awoken inside of her, and she was not willing to let it die.

“It’s been almost two years like you said, and yet, you are still the weakest. Even an omega is stronger than you. Who is at the door?” Alpha Nick’s voice raised. The anger and pain of not being able to see Sheila nor his child ached him greatly.

“Alpha, it’s me,” one of the b*dyguards rushed into the office and responded. With his burning gaze on Charlotte, he instructed the b*dyguard,

“Drag her out and ensure she never steps foot in this office again.”

Charlotte was ashamed. Alpha Nick had treated her both coldly and harshly ever since the gala awards night, but this was the first time he asked a b*dyguard to get her away from him.

Seemed that things between them kept going from bad to worse. “Nick, you banned me from your room and took the Luna chamber from me. Now you are banning me from entering your office too,” she kept yelling.

Alpha Nick ignored as the b*dyguard dragged her out. Charlotte could not take it anymore and dashed into the woods as soon as the b*dyguard let go of her arm. When she saw Tom. she did not stop to speak to him.

In the woods, she dialed a number, and the response was instant. “Hello.”

“Salvadore, it’s time to pay back the favor you owe me.”

She could feel the man smile from the sound of his voice. Just mention it.” He had been

waiting for a long time kindness Charlotte showed him before.

“I want you to find Sheila,” Charlotte said.

“You mean Sheridan?” Salvadore asked from the end of the line. He had a track record of everything concerning Charlotte, hoping not to disappoint her when the need arose.

“She owns Sherry’s Couture, but she’s not Sheridan. Isn’t Sheridan the name of the Alpha King’s prodigal daughter?” Charlotte asked as she was the only one in the packhouse, with the

exception of the omegas, who was not privy to any Sheila

“That is Sheila,” Salvadore confirmed for her.

Sheridan was numb. So Sheila was not as poor as she thought, so why then did she marry Alpha Nick? It meant that Sheila was genuinely in love with him.

It was not in Charlotte to ever let Sheila win. “I see why Alpha Nick is treating me like this. He won’t let me out of the pack. I feel like a prisoner, and he treats me like shit.”

Salvadore was angered that his savior was being treated this way. “Trust me. I will take care of Salvadore was angered that his savior was being treated t

it.”

“Charlotte, who are you talking to?” Tom’s curious voice echoed. Charlotte quickly ended the call.

“No one.” If Tom found out about Salvadore, he would not trust her again.

“Are you cheating on me?” Tom was suspicious. It was fine for her to cheat on Alpha Nick, but it was not the same in his case. Charlotte did not care about what he thought, but since Salvadore was still loyal to her, she was certain to have a place to call when she leaves the pack.

“You should look for a way for us to leave this pack. I just found out that Sheila is the Alpha King’s prodigal daughter. I think Alpha Nick already knows about this. Seems he’s not happy with my return. I’m tired anyway. I want to go,” Charlotte said in both seriousness, annoyance, and envy.

Tom’s eyes

lit up, and he suggested, “Then reject him.”
