Blaine wanted Mavis to board a different plane from her friends because if she enters the same plane as them then she will notice that her friend is missing. It was super last minute but he decided that he would take another plane. His second private jet.

” Why aren’t we entering the same plane as my friends?” Mavis asked after watching him suspiciously.

” I had them taken ahead of us. It’s better that way.”

” It is?”

” Yeah” he replied and then he took her aside as they waited for the other plane. It arrived quickly because Blaine already had it nearby as a form of plan B.

When they entered the plane, the first thing Blaine did was to get Mavis some food. She was unable to eat heartily despite her condition. She just couldn’t get herself to eat so easily after all that happened and the fact that she lost her phone while she was in that godforsaken truck didn’t make things any better.

” Aren’t you going to eat?” Blaine when he just saw her playing with the food on her plate rather than eating it.

“Or is it not up to your taste?” He asked but she said nothing.

” I just want to know what all of this is. What is this that you’ve gotten me into?” She asked and dropped the fork gently on her plate because she didn’t want to provoke him. If she hadn’t seen the way he murdered those men who attacked them in the truck, she would’ve been sassy and insufferable to him like she’s been doing but seeing the way he shot them without having any after feelings, she knew better than to irritate him.

The look he was giving her as she made her demand made her almost pee herself. She never realized how intimidating he was until now. She’s always thought he looked sexy whenever he stared intently at her but now it’s just fear that she feels whenever he looks at her. She kept thinking about how easy it would be for him to shoot her if he had to, but another part of her refused to believe it. Blaine would not go through all this just to shoot her over nothing. “He won’t hurt me,” she assured herself.

” I’m asking you to tell me who you are. What you’ve done and why these people are after you. I think it’s the least you can do for me at a time like this. Don’t you think I should at least know why I’m being chased?” Kayla asked and Blaine looked away.

” Sure,” he said before he drank a little wine from his glass and twirled the remaining in the cup, and adjusted himself on his seat. He had never told anyone about himself before but yet, he is about to do just that.

” I can’t tell you everything because a lot has happened” he started and she adjusted herself on the seat as she watched him.

” I don’t mind.”

” First, start eating. You’re carrying a child inside you and even if you’re not a big eater you should try to have some food for the sake of the child” Blaine said. She exhaled and started to eat while slightly frowning.

” Blaine!” She said when he didn’t say anything yet.

” Alright, alright. Jeez”

” That bit I’ll tell you after you’re done eating,” Blaine said frowning at her. She sighed and started to eat but by the time she was done, she felt so heavy that she fell asleep.
