Chapter 266 My Dog
Chapter 266 My Dog
Nelson has to go to the hospital to check his eyes. After breakfast, Lucien Gray takes Nina Morrison
and Nelson to the hospital.
After a close examination, the doctor tells Lucien Gray and Nina Morrison that Nelson’s eyes are
recovering well and they would heal in two more sessions.
Lucien Gray is in a good mood. He picks up Nelson in his left arm and wraps his right arm around Nina
Morrison’s waist, “Let’s have a big meal to celebrate!”
Nina Morrison looks at him, hesitating for a moment, then whispers, “Why don’t you go to the office and
it would be okay to have a big dinner tonight?”
While Nelson is getting the inspection, Lucien Gray gets several calls. It seems that there is something
wrong with the company.
Lucien Gray, not expecting Nina Morrison to be so considerate, kisses her on the cheek, “Thank you
honey! Then I will deal with something at work first. I will come back early in the evening. Let’s go out
and celebrate also with Sarah!”
Nina Morrison holds Nelson’s hand and nods nicely, “OK, Nelson and I will be waiting for you at home.”
It feels so happy to have the wife and baby waiting for him at home. Lucien Gray drives them home and
hurries back to work. Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
After a long morning of inspection, Nelson falls asleep after lunch. Nina Morrison is at a loss after
coaxing Nelson to sleep.
Servants also rest to take a nap. In this big house, everywhere is quiet.
Ever since she knows that Nelson is her son, Nina Morrison has been in a state of hyperactivity and
fells no hint of sleepiness.
She goes to Lucien Gray’s study to find a book. She is about to read some books under the tree shade
in the gazebo.
Gray Family’s gazebo is very comfortable. Smooth nanmu logs are set a long bench out of the living
room of the first floor, covered in the shade of camphor trees. It feels very comfortable no matter people
want to sit or lie there.
After reading for a while, Nina Morrison finally feels sleepy. She puts away her book lazily and carries
the hemline of her long skirt to the second-floor bedroom.
The broad marble stone stairs are cool and comfortable. Nina Morrison walks up the staircase.
When she gets on the top step of the stairs, Nina Morrison suddenly slips. She reacts quickly and
grabs the guardrail fiercely. But her feet are twisted violently on the stairs, and her knees hit iron
railings, rubbing off a layer of skin, burning.
Nina Morrison holds on to the railing and looks up the stairs. Sure enough, someone is trying to hurt
her. If the shiny patch on the steps is not oil, what else could it be?
Someone pours oil on the stairs and wants her to slip down.
She can think out who this person is with her toes. Nina Morrison stares at the oil stain, her face getting
paler and paler.
She thinks Sarah Gray is just a little childish, but it turns out that she is so stupid.
Use this kind of nasty means that she learns from some soap opera! It doesn't matter if she falls, but
what if Nelson wakes up to find her and slips?
Nina Morrison avoids the oil stain carefully and limps toward Sarah Gray’s bedroom.
She gets to Sarah Gray’s bedroom, and hears the heavy breathing of the man in the opposite guest
room as she raises her hand to knock on the door. Nina Morrison is stunned and pauses here.
Sarah Gray’s voice comes from inside, “No, not today! Nina Morrison is reading on the terrace. She
would hear us if she comes up!”
The man is impatient, “You can’t be so wicked! You are the one who sets a fire in my heart and now
you pretends to be a virgin? Well, how about we make it quickly?”
Sarah Gray chuckles, “Flirting doesn’t mean I want to do it! You’d better get it right. You are my family
dog, do or not do, is up to me!”
Then there is a loud bang on the door. It seems the man becomes angry and pushes Sarah Gray
against the door.
Nina Morrison has no patience to listen to them, so she knocks on the door, “Sarah Gray! Are you in
there? Open the door!”
Sarah Gray is being haunted by the man. Hearing Nina Morrison knocking on the door, she is also a
little panic and hides the man in the closet.
Fixing up her hair and clothes, Sarah Gray opens the door with a haughty look.
