Chapter 1709
Frank had a hunch right then. "Could it be...?"
The geezer nodded grimly, seeing the look on his face. "As the name suggests, every Blackwater Prison across Draconia has the authority to issue the Blackwater Designation, in order to apprehend the worst criminals in the country.
"If you tried to break out, you'd naturally top the list, and you would find yourself fighting every martial artist in Draconia! That's why no one ever leaves Blackwater."
Seeing the geezer's scowl as if reminded of bad memories, Frank quickly understood that his pessimism stemmed from a failed escape attempt, after which he was captured by one of the best martial artists under the Blackwater Designation.
"May I ask who brought you back?"
"It was Simon Lionheart, head of the Lionheart family."
The name left Frank narrowing his eyes. "The head of the Lionheart family personally..."
"Yes."
Terror showed in the geezer's eyes even as he shook his head, sighing lengthily. "His strength is unparalleled, even among the Transcendent ranked individuals. I won't lie-he subdued me the instant I ran into him."
"So, do you understand now why Blackwater is inescapable, kid? Don't bother dreaming about leaving now that you're here, because you're never leaving."
Frank was left thoughtful by the geezer's story.
If he left now, there was no question that he would be in for a world of trouble-those antique Transcendent ranked individuals would really come out of seclusion to take him down.
But if he did not leave, then Gavin Lane would really get killed...
"Hehe..."
Scarface chuckled miserably at Frank just then. "On top of that, we're really screwed here. Escaping should be the last thing on your mind." "Why?" Frank asked, bemused.
"Why, you ask?!"
One of the flunkies got to his feet, wiping the blood from his lips.
He turned, glancing at the unconsciousTigris and smirking. "You don't know who you just attacked did you? He's the warden's brother! And you didn't stop at beating him up, but you broke both
his arms too? What do you think the Warden would do to you now?"
"Warden's... brother?" Frank frowned slightly, realizing that this would prove troublesome.

However, Draco Fisher was clearly not going to let him have any contact with the outside world after he attacked his brother. And if Frank tried to break out of prison, Draco could issue the Blackwater Designation, which complicated things further.
Frank felt the dilemma right then, but even as he hesitated, he saw Tigris' phone poking out of his pocket.
"Anything's fine, as long as I can contact someone outside."
Frank strode over, but the flunkies were still intent on protecting their master, frowning at Frank as he approached.
"What do you think you're doing, brat?!"
"You've already hurt the warden's brother! Now you're trying to take him hostage too?!"
