The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage



Frank waved, dispersing the smoke and leaving everyone else dumbstruck.

The thugs who were just shaking in their boots a second ago were now all gone, and in their place were countless four-meter tall abominations. Like zombies, their skins seemed to be rotting away, their eyes aimless and darting about as they screeched at them.

"Interesting... So creatures like these exist!"

Sayna was at once surprised and thrilled, a stark contrast to Fiona and Uran, who were standing nearby, horrified.

"How lame can you be? You heard what Rudy said about Lugh. Shouldn't you be prepared for anything? Did you really have to flinch at everything that moves?!"

It went without saying that Sayna absolutely despised the pair. In fact, she would refuse to stay with them for another second if they were not sitting in front of the only computer connected to the cameras.

Meanwhile, Rudy was smirking as he stood behind the abominations. "Mr. Frankton, do you think you can win against them?"

"They're just a little bigger and gruesome, but they're still alive. What's there to brag about?"

Jada strode up and did not hesitate to rush toward the abominations.

They seemed to be under Rudy's control, however, and with just a thought, two of those abominations charged at Jada. They even clenched their fists, aiming squarely at Jada's chest!

Jada quickly dodged, while the abominations' punches struck the ground, leaving a huge crater!

Jada's heart was pumping, as she did not expect such power from the abominations, and they were quick on top of that. Without the power of the Shagan spiritron vein, she would really be at a loss as to what to do.

"Thank goodness I'm here."

Frank strode up, gesturing for Jada to back down.

Jada was a little frustrated as she had sworn to be Frank's shield, and not only was she unable to help, but she had to rely on Frank when it mattered too.

Opposite them, Rudy snorted.

"Guess it's my honor to see the man chosen by the Shagan spiritron vein in action! Even if I'm not getting what want, I'm sure I'm not far!"

And as he finished, the abominations charged forward... and were floored in a minute.

Several houses were crushed by the abominations, while they lay in

pieces, oozing yellow goo endlessly. The goo was also corrosive, burning through anything and leaving it`

charred, be it concrete ord: fiel?

"Impressive." Rudy could not help clapping just then. "If I'm not mistaken, you didn't even use the power of the Shagan spiritron vein... you were only using your own martial arts!"

Frank smirked—it was true that those monsters were powerful in speed and strength, but were they capable of keeping up when he was already at the Ascendant rank?

Those abominations could at best bully Jada a little but were powerless against a real martial elite like him!

"Amazing!"

Meanwhile, Sayna was thrilled as she watched everything unfold.

Then, glancing at Uran who stood beside her, petrified, she was left fuming and slapped him across the face right then.

"Look at him, and then at yourself! Honestly, you don't even hold a candle to him!" She scoffed savagely.
