THE LIE: DECEPTION TO THE CEO

Attorney Nairobi Cedeno, taking advantage of her right to speak at the hearing, once again ratified and exposed to the Judge, as well as to the jury and those present, the arguments necessary to dismiss the statement presented by the Prietos brothers.

-These videos definitely undermine the statement they gave in the previous trial. Then, how can we believe them, that they are telling the truth now? If they are already used to lying under oath,” the lawyer questioned.

-That has nothing to do with what is being decided here, that was three years ago and it has nothing to do with the case that is being discussed today.

-I am the one who decides on the falsity or veracity of any fact,” declared the judge, “If they were capable of lying under oath on that occasion, they can do it now, therefore, I reject their testimonies.

Consequently, and in the presence of the crime of false testimony, the lawyer Nairobi Cedeno and the rest of her team, acting on behalf of Amber Tovar, requested the judge and the prosecutor, the immediate arrest of them so that they can be judged.

The judge and the prosecutor wanted to separate the cases and defer their presentation for another hearing. However, Amber’s lawyers, perfectly knowledgeable of the laws in Santiago and because it is a crime of public action, insisted on their previous request.

In the end, both the prosecutor and the judge, in order to avoid a scandal, due to the presence of journalists in the courtroom, issued an arrest warrant against them. For this reason, the two were transferred to the police station, while the process against them is reopened and they are sentenced.

In this way, the judge, in the same hearing, without exceeding his functions, ordered to reopen Amber Tovar’s file to review and clarify said sentence.

In view of the situation presented, as a consequence of the decision issued by the Judge, Hildegart Fontain’s lawyers requested that a statement be taken from them before their transfer, since they were the key witnesses in this crime against the company they represent.

The judge, in view of this allegation, immediately issued a decision before closing the hearing:

-The declarations of the two witnesses cited, are declared invalid, because the two, have been disqualified, by this Court and so decreed – ordering the Clerk of the Court, to take note of the decision, publish it and set a date for the new hearing.

Nairobi, feeling happy for her friend, was immediately approached by the journalists that she herself invited, to prevent the prosecutor and the Judge from evading their responsibilities because it was another case, already sentenced.

When testifying about the situation, she detailed to the media, with dots and signs, the injustice committed three years ago against her friend and colleague Amber Tovar, when she was condemned by the testimony of these two people, who falsified the reality.

At the end of the statement, she added:

-The lie can last fifty years that the truth in one day catches up with it. That is what has happened here today, which is why I will assume the defense of Amber Tovar, in the reopening of her trial, to bring to public light all the truth and clean her honor.

In opposition to this, in a secluded place of the Court, Hildegart Fontain, communicated with her daughter Michelle, telling her what had happened. This one, worried by the overturn that had just given the process and especially, with the fear that when pressing them, the Prietos brothers, declare who paid them.

Michelle immediately contacted Dylan:
