Don’t need to remind you how hard it gets. I let my head be consumed with the idea, my misery would never end.

Sitting there everyday wondering what I was fighting for.

However, that feeling I get when I know I’ve overcome a huge mental challenge that has held me back.

For example, getting a job improved my social anxiety a ton, by getting used to customer interactions.

When I realised I could walk up to a store clerk and just ask a question, I felt an applause.

There are small victories and big defeats. Until one day, you get the trophy. Fix the imbalance.

it is possible.

I am not destined to die alone.

It’s a tiring uphill battle,

but we will be alright.
