The Three Little Guardian Angels Chapter 2606
Chapter 2606
Seeing how Cameron was suddenly so helpful, Waylon raised his brows. “What’s going on with you today?”
Cameron moved the soup in front of him. “It’s just dinner. Nothing is going on?”
He smiled and tasted the soup. “A little salty.”
“Salty?” Cameron got up. “I’ll redo it.”
Waylon grabbed her hand and looked at her. “I’m just joking. Taste it. It’s not salty.”
Cameron didn’t speak.
Waylon pulled her onto his thighs and touched her cheek. “There’s no need to force yourself to do what you’re not good at. My wife doesn’t need to be a good cook.”
Cameron hugged him and buried her face in his neck.
Waylon paused and touched her hair. “What’s wrong?”
She said in a low voice, “You’re the one who found the store, right? Liar.” NôvelDrama.Org owns this.
Waylon was silent. He didn’t admit it but didn’t deny it either. After a long pause, he spoke. “I didn’t really help.”
Cameron got up and looked at him. “Then why didn’t you admit to it? You lied.”
“–”
Cameron cupped his face. “Wayne, you’re being silly? Even if you are the one who found the store, I won’t scold you.”
Waylon smiled. “You found out.”
Cameron said, “I never told you where it was located, and I don’t believe that you drove past. It’s not on the way home or to your office. You only drove past after taking a huge detour. Do you think I’m dumb?”
He smiled. “That’s true. How could a person who pretended to be a man be stupid?”
Cameron hugged him by the neck, leaned in, and smiled. “So, stupid Wayne, you mustn’t be the one teaching my son.”
Waylon paused and stared at her. “Son?”
“Well, someone keeps talking about having a child. Have you forgotten? Well, ignore me then.”
She was going to get up, but Waylon pulled her back in and said in a husky voice, “Are you sure?”
Cameron went close to his ear. “I did some calculations, and I’m currently fertile.”
Waylon kissed her and chuckled. “Should have said that earlier.”
He then picked her up and went upstairs.
After a few days, a woman went to the martial arts center and saw that it had been demolished. She was shocked when a person in overalls walked out.
The woman stopped him. “Is the center closed for good?”
The man guided her. “It moved to that corner. Walk straight for about 600 feet, and you’ll see it across the subway.”
“Thanks.” She walked in the direction the man pointed.
She got to the subway station and noticed that the center was across a busy street.
The woman stood outside before slowly opening the door and taking a peek.
“Can I help you?”
She jumped when a student there suddenly popped up. She smiled and said, “I’m here to see Cameron Southern.”
“Oh, wait here. I’ll go get her.”
The man invited her in and yelled up the stairs.
The woman waited in front of the ring while looking around curiously.
Cameron walked down the stairs, spotted the woman waiting for her, and smiled. “Mahina!”
Mahina looked back at her and smiled. “Cam.”
Cameron held her shoulder and took a good look at her. “How did you find this place? Why are you here? Where’s my father?”
Mahina smiled. “He asked me to come to find you. Don’t worry. He’s been spending time drinking tea and watching movies with Damian.”
