Caroline found herself at a loss for words.

“Zeke greeted you kindly, but you chose to mock him,‘ she thought.

Caroline opted to remain silent. Instead, she headed to the kitchen to assist Eira. aroline opted to remain silent. Instead, she h

Meanwhile, Liora observed Siobhan closely and asked, “Are you his daughter?”

Siobhan smiled and replied, “Yes, I’m Siobhan Jung. And you are?”

“I’m Liora Shenton! Do you like my name? Liora giggled.

Tyler took a sip of water and teased, “Do you think your name is the best in the world, Lia?”

Liora glared at Tyler. “Must you mock me in front of others?”

Tyler nonchalantly leaned back against the sofa. “Why not?”

Liora gnashed her teeth and sought Axel’s help. “Axel, please rein in your younger brother.”

Axel turned his gaze toward Tyler and urged, Ty, show a bit more consideration for Lia.”

Tyler defended himself, “I’ve always been considerate. Lia, do you have trouble breaking the habit of seeking help when you can’t win an argument?”

Liora’s frustration reached its peak. “I can’t take it anymore!”

She launched herself at Tyler, pinning him down and unleashing a barrage of blows.

Their sudden scuffle took aback Siobhan.

“These two are so… lively,‘ she thought.

Siobhan was engrossed in watching them when Axel apologized, “I’m sorry. My younger brother and sister have outgoing personalities.” © 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.

Siobhan turned to Axel, her lips forming a faint smile. “It’s fine. They’re quite entertaining.”

Siobhan’s smile momentarily entranced Axel. He blushed and looked away. “Is that so…”

“Hmm. I wish I had siblings, too, so I wouldn’t be bored at home,” Siobhan mused softly.

Axel offered, “You can come and play with us.”

Siobhan’s eyes held a tinge of regret. “It’s not convenient, though. I’m from Staten City.”

Axel recalled his father mentioning this during the ride home with Reuben. He nodded, unsure of how to respond to Siobhan’s comment.

Tyler finally pushed Liora away, eyeing her with feigned anger. “Could you try to calm down and be more ladylike?”

Liora grumbled, “I’m a lady, too! My anger is your fault!”

Tyler snickered. “You’re scaring her.”

Liora looked at Siobhan with a shocked expression.

Blushing, she asked shyly, “Am I too fierce, Shiv? Did I scare you?”

Siobhan giggled. “Not at all. This is quite fun.”

Tyler observed Siobhan from the side.

‘She exudes elegance, grace, and gentleness, just as the Jung family’s heiress should. But girls like her wouldn’t usually play with someone like me,‘ he thought.

Liora hopped off the sofa and told Axel, “It’s Lego time, Axel.”

Axel nodded and turned to Siobhan, extending a courteous invitation. “Would you like to join us?”

“Can I?” Siobhan blurted out unconsciously.

Realizing her slip, she promptly closed her mouth, lowered her gaze, and blushed.

Tyler, seated next to the Legos, added, “Feel free to join us. No need to be so formal.”

Siobhan’s blush deepened.

Liora stepped forward, taking Siobhan’s hand. “Let’s play, Shiv!”

Siobhan agreed softly, “A–Alright.”

Meanwhile, Evan and Zeke occupied separate sofas.

Evan glanced at Zeke with hostility and asked, “How did you manage to visit Angelbay with such a busy schedule, Mr. Jung?”

Zeke replied casually, “I came primarily to see Caroline. She’s a remarkable person worth befriending.”

Evan’s expression turned chilly. ‘Already on a first–name basis, huh?

He sneered. “You can judge someone’s character in just a few days, Mr. Jung?”
