Trapped pregnant with a Billionaire child

You’ve made a big mistake

Letta slowly began to blink her eyes. For some reason, her whole body felt extremely sore. Even her head was pulsating heavily, causing Letta to grimace as she reached out, massaging her temples. However, her movement stopped when she felt something unfamiliar attached to her wrist. It made Letta finally begin to blink, focusing her gaze.

First thing she saw was the white-toned ceiling of the room, with a very familiar scent in the air. Letta knew this scent well, mixed with another one, both of which were very familiar to her. Letta glanced at her wrist adorned with several infusion tubes, causing her eyes to widen. Her mind immediately drifted to the last moment she remembered.

Letta distinctly recalled attempting to escape from Marco’s grand house. She tried to piece together these fragments of memory, and the last one made Letta freeze. She realized that at that moment, she felt her body collide with a swiftly moving car, and after that, Letta didn’t remember what happened to her. This time, Letta realized she was in the hospital, until a heavy voice interrupted her thoughts.

“Are you awake?” someone not far from Letta asked, causing her to turn and look at Marco, sitting and staring at her with a sharp gaze and a cold aura enveloping him. Letta didn’t even know how to respond.

“You really made a huge mistake, Letta,” Marco said again, making it even hard for Letta to swallow her own saliva.

“You know, with your foolishness, you have altered your own future,” Marco said again. For some reason, his aura felt even darker, making Letta realize something. Marco must be angry because on their wedding day, Letta tried to run away, but Letta never expected Marco to be that furious.

“I just didn’t want to be fooled by you,” Letta whispered, sounding like a murmur.

“Who deceived you, Letta? Wasn’t I intending to marry you and not abandon you just like that?” Marco said, making Letta fall silent.

“At first, I also thought that way, but then I really felt that I was deceived by you. You married me just because you wanted this child, right? And you will forever separate me from him. You will dump me and take over this child. Foolishly, I only realized it after we were officially married,” Letta said, making Marco stare at her even more intensely.

“And you’ve ruined everything,” Marco said, causing Letta to furrow her brow.

“What do you mean?” Letta asked.

“You’ve destroyed all my plans. From the start, you ruined my good intentions, and you shattered the Marco who was initially compassionate towards a woman carrying my future child,” Marco said, making Letta go silent. Letta began to digest Marco’s words. What did he mean, until her memory focused on the fetus she was carrying, causing Letta to immediately touch her stomach.

“How is the condition of my baby?” Letta asked with her heart pounding rapidly. For some reason, merely asking made Letta feel afraid.

“Whom are you asking about, your baby?” Marco asked, making Letta try to reassure herself that everything would be alright.

“I’m telling you, you’ve ruined everything. Both my life and your future, including the baby who hasn’t even had a chance to be born into this world,” Marco said, somehow making Letta feel her body tremble even more intensely. Letta didn’t want to accept the reality she was currently contemplating.

“Say that he’s alright, right? He’s still in my womb and doing well, isn’t he?” Letta asked with a heightened tone, making Marco rise from his seat.

“It’s all because of your carelessness and foolishness. Because of your selfishness, thinking only of yourself, you have killed your own child, or killed the fetus that hasn’t even been born into this world. I haven’t even had a chance to greet him, and you’ve extinguished him,” Marco said, at that moment making Letta feel as if she had been struck by lightning. Her heart truly felt very painful, even trembling intensely.

“You’re playing me, aren’t you? You want to retaliate because I wanted to leave that house. Summon the doctor, I’ll ask the doctor directly,” Letta said, making Marco finally reach out and grip Letta’s shoulders quite firmly.

“How could I be spouting nonsense about the departure of my own future child? You’ve made a big mistake, Letta, and I can’t just let you go after you’ve extinguished him,” Marco said, making Letta fall silent. Letta could feel the anger from Marco clearly evident in his eyes, which were starting to blur due to the puddle of tears now beginning to moisten his face.

“Your tears are useless now. You need them for your life ahead, because I won’t make your life any easier than you made it for my child,” Marco said, then left Letta alone. Letta couldn’t even process what was currently happening to her. Letta hoped this was all just a dream, but when a bolt of lightning struck outside with heavy rain pouring down, it made her realize that this was not just a bad dream. This was a bitter reality that might make Letta unable to forgive herself.Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.

Letta should have stayed in that house. Whatever happened, she would have stayed with her child, as long as she was near Marco. Letta should have thought about what she should do after the child was truly born into this world. Instead, she made her life vanish even before they heard its heartbeat, before Letta felt any movement in her womb. Letta could only cry over this bitterness, her body trembling with sobs that were now muffled by the sound of the heavy rain outside, making Letta just numb her hearing, as if she wanted to scream as loud as possible.

How could she have killed the fetus she was carrying? Letta agreed with Marco’s words blaming herself. She shouldn’t have been thinking about herself and instead made the biggest mistake she had ever made. For some reason, her suffering became even more complete after everyone started distancing themselves from her. Now, the only thing that gave her the strength to live vanished from this world, and it was because of her own carelessness, making Letta even unable to bear it. It was all too much for Letta, until finally she gazed at a gleam not far from her.

Letta tried to remove the infusion tube still attached to her hand, got up from her bed, and then walked to the side cabinet where there were fruits with a peeler. Letta didn’t need to think any longer. What was the point of enduring this heavy burden of life, just to taste the bitterness? Letta truly couldn’t bear it, until finally she could only close her eyes as she made a cut on her wrist.
