Chapter 34 Brandon, the Lubber
Chapter 34 Brandon, the Lubber
Coco had been exhausted, but she grew excited again when she saw some stores selling house
decorations, so she took Brandon with her to buy more things.
Brandon thought that women are really magical creatures. She was tired just now, but when she turned
around and saw another store, she gained vigorous again,
Later she received a message informing them that they had a table available in the hotpot store, but
Coco was still obsessed with shopping. She wanted to buy and take a look at everything.
Under Brandon's strong "command", she left the store for the restaurant.
As soon as she got the iPad to order, she ordered the spiciest soup base for the hot pot, and then she
ordered more dishes that she liked.
Brandon was looking at her with a silly smile.
After Coco confirmed what she had ordered and raised her head, her body actually shook for a
moment.
She wondered if that was who the man really was. He was totally freaking her out.
"What's that smile for? You look so obscene."
"Because you look good." Brandon lowered his head and answered. Then he picked up the teacup and
took a sip.
He was regretting. He thought he could have done something to make a difference so that the girl
would end up with him now.
"Hey, what are you thinking?" Coco asked as she took a sip of water. She didn't expect that the man
would be so blunt. For a moment she didn't really how to continue this conversation. She wondered
what the man had in his mind.
"Nothing," Brandon tried to change the subject. "Are you travelling here? How long are you going to
stay?"
"I don't know, it depends."
"I still have some time tomorrow afternoon. I can hang out with you if you want."
"Okay, that would be nice. I won't get up until 12 o'clock at noon, and even I can, I still hate to get out of
bed. Tomorrow afternoon would just be the right time."
"Good." Song Chen ended the conversation again. He founded himself so silly in front of Coco.
Coco got bored. She looked at the clumsy dork man and was suddenly turned on. She could barely
recall what they had done two years ago, but maybe he could help remember it.
She deliberately asked, "Do you love your wife?"
"Huh?" Brandon wondered why she suddenly asked that. He hesitated for a moment and answered,
"It's a marriage... for the benefit of my family. We had no feelings for each other, but we've known each
other since we were kids, so we have connections."
"Is she with you in the military?"
Brandon thought she was afraid that they would run into his wife, so he quickly explained, "No, she's in
motherland."
"Oh, so you must be very lonely," Coco continued to ask before he could answer. "Tell me the truth...
have you cheated on her?" Coco actually had the answered in her mind, but she still hoped that
Brandon's answer would be a negative one. It was very unusual to see a loyal man these days.
"No." Brandon answered decisively.
"Ah... you're so boring." Coco heard the answer she hoped for, but she felt it was getting less and less
interesting.
That was the first time she saw a man who had never cheated on her wife, and if he would... that must
be very thrilling.
"When we did that before... were you married then?"
"No, but I was home for the wedding."
While they were chatting, the waiter prepared some dishes for them." Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
Coco really had a good time. She enjoyed both the food and the conversation.
She was so glad that Brandon and her talked so much. She had planned to turn him on, but later she
found that she felt so relaxed when getting along with him. Maybe that was because Brandon was
really a good man.
That was also why she had to have him. She could be fascinated by him during the meal, but she knew
she had to be clear about what she wanted afterwards.
While Brandon was paying for the bill, Coco waited for him outside of the restaurant. When he came
out, Coco held Brandon's arm and asked, "Where are we heading? I want to find a place to see the
night scene of the city. Is that alright?"
