Chapter 30
Basically I am able to avoid Trey until lunch. I am sitting at the table with my family, Willow and Ethan when Trey drops in next to me. He leans into my space. “We need to talk.”
I turn and look at him. “What more do you honestly have to say?”
“You’ll never know unless you talk to me.”
I turn and look at Ethan. “Come on, let’s start on that project.”
He smiles at me and stands to head to the library with me. Only Trey takes my hand. “Please. I really need to talk to you.”
I sigh. “Will you give up if I give you five minutes?”
“I’ll take what I can get.” He takes my hand and leads me out of the cafeteria. He takes us to the field, there aren’t many people around here. But he pulls me a little further so that we are by the locker rooms. Here we are totally alone.
“Ok, Trey, timer has started. What do you want?” I pull my hand from his.
He grabs me and pulls my body to his. “I want you. I don’t know how much more clearer I can make that. Last night I was frozen. I didn’t know what to do. I’m a guy ok. Then she kissed me and I just reacted.”
I pull back. “So, it will just happen again.”
“No, babe, it will never happen again. Listen, I felt so crushed watching you drive away last night. You’re the only one that I want. I don’t want Kelly at all. Please, you have to believe me. Yesterday you were telling me about this other guy and then we, well you know what we did. I went a little crazy. Not that what I did is excusable. I understand that I shouldn’t have even let her come close to me. I have locked my bedroom window so that will never happen again. My mom didn’t even know she was there. I promise you are the only one that I want in my bed.”
I shake my head. “I’m just not in the right headspace for this. I came to your house yesterday because I was hurt. I was going to accept your invitation to the dance. But I’m not so sure it would have been fair to you.”
“I don’t care if it is fair. I just want you. Please.” He pulls me closer again. “Come to the dance with me.”
“I am going with Ethan.” I state it firmly.
“What? Why?”
“Because Ethan doesn’t want to sleep with me.”
“Oh, I am sure some part of Ethan wants to sleep with you.” He scoffs.
“Ok, a small part of him might want to, but he is my best friend. So that isn’t a part of our relationship.”
“What about us? I’m not saying I want to have sex right now. Ok, I do, but I don’t want you to shut me out.”
I sigh, “Trey, it’s just complicated right now. I won’t shut you out. I just can’t give you a relationship right now. I feel bad about that.”
He kisses my chin. “Don’t feel bad.” His lips slide over my skin. “I want to be right here.” He keeps kissing me as he walks me backwards. I don’t know what he is doing until my back hits the side of the locker rooms. He’s pinned me in. With his hands now free he slides one down to my thigh and grabs a hold of the skin there. The other hand slides under the back of my top, pulling my body to his as he attacks my lips. “God, do you know what you do to me?”
My arms wrap around his neck, pulling him closer. I just need to feel loved right now. After the rejection from Gray yesterday, I really need this. It may not be right, but my brain doesn’t care about that right now. It only cares about the affection that I feel from the guy in front of me right now.
He pulls away after a few minutes and rests his head on my forehead. “I need to stop or else we could get kicked out of school with what I want to do to you. I’m sorry I got carried away.”
I lean my head back so I can look in his eyes. “I can still only be your friend. Is that ok?”
He smiles, pecks my lips. “Friends with benefits, ok with you.”
I shake my head. “I am not sleeping with you.”
His mouth slides over mine again. “Oh, my dear there are so many other things we can do. Eventually maybe I can even get you to fall in love with me, then we can explore each other more.”
“Trey,” I moan as he pushes his hard member into me.
“Just reminding you what’s waiting for you.” He smirks. “Damn I am going to have a hard ass time concentrating tonight.” He looks down at my body, admiring the way the uniform hugs my body. Today we are wearing short sleeves so my arms are bare too.
I push him back a little. “Ok, how about this? If you win, I will make out with you for thirty minutes without objections.”
“Oh, yeah. What if I lose?”
“If you lose then you only get one dance at the dance.” I give him a small smile with my challenge.
“You’re killing me. Alright. I’ll take your challenge.” He keeps his arm around my back. “Are you staying after school or going home first?”
“Ethan and I are going to work in the library after school before the game.”
“Can I sit in?” His lips find my neck.
“Are you going to be productive?”
“Definitely not.” He even chuckles a little as he kisses my neck.
“Well, then why would I want you there?”
“Come on babe. I need some time before the game. My go juice.”
“I’m not making out with you in front of Ethan.” I scoff.
“No, I will just have you sit on my lap. Maybe a kiss or two. Nothing too bad. Please.” He looks in my eyes, giving me these puppy dog eyes, and with his clear blue ones looking like that I want to relent.
“Ok, fine. But you get too frisky, I’m kicking you out.”
“I’ll behave, I promise.” He pecks my lips. “I better get you back to the table otherwise your brothers might corner me in a closet somewhere and rearrange my face.”
“Oh, I doubt that.” I laugh and take his hand, leading him back to the cafeteria. I look behind me and see him watching me walk. “Are you looking at my ass?”
“Yes, one hundred percent that is what I am doing.” He smirks at me.
“You are such a perv.”Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
“Yeah, you don’t want to know what I was just thinking about.” That is even worse. I can think of a few things that he might be thinking.
