Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Chapter 233

Chapter 233

Hansen immediately thought of his grandson, "Go, call him over."

Leo, having already filled his belly with bread outside, was called by the housemaid for breakfast.

"I'm not going," he said, "I'm already full."

The maid responded, "Mr. Leo, you should go. Mrs. Cedillo says even if you're not hungry, you should

join them."

Eventually, Leo was led to the dining room.

He looked at the trio and asked, "Have you guys decided?"

They completely ignored him.

Leo shut up.

After breakfast, everyone dispersed.

Three good buddies were off to have some fun, and Hansen, watching them, wanted to tag along. This content provided by N(o)velDrama].[Org.

However, considering the potential trouble they could stir up, he quietly whipped out his phone and got

lost in it.

Naomi wanted to get out, and she sneaked out quietly.

Leo instantly noticed his mother's strange behavior, "Mom, where are you off to?"

"I heard my father is sick. I'm going to the hospital."

"No way!" Leo cut her off sternly.

Naomi softened at her son's attitude, and she coaxed, "How about you come with me, Leo?"

Leo grabbed the bag from Naomi's hand, "His condition can't be that serious."

Despite his disrespectful words, Naomi didn't reprimand him.

She was stopped from leaving by her son.

Mia and Molly came back because it was cold outside.

As they entered the living room, they saw Leo being blatantly disrespectful to his mother.

"Leo, what the hell are you doing?"

Leo glanced at Mia, frowning, "Nothing."

Mia could tell he was in a bad mood, she exchanged a look with Molly, "Our nephew must be up to

something."

Leo escorted his mother back to her room, "Mom, give me your phone."

"Are you going to block their numbers again?"

Leo: "They're all after you. I'm all grown up now, let them call me if they need anything. I'll take care of

it."

As Mia and Molly were about to come upstairs to ask Leo what had happened, Leo came out of the

bedroom and said, "Do me a favor. Watch my mom today and don't let her leave."

With that, Leo left.

Mia watched his retreating figure, puzzled, "Just like that, he's gone, not waiting for our agreement.

What if we don't agree?"

Molly said knowingly, "He knows we'll agree."

They arrived at Naomi's door, Mia knocked, "Naomi, may we come in?"

Naomi replied, "Please come in."

They entered.

Naomi didn't seem to be crying or angry.

Mia asked, "Naomi, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, where's Leo?"

"He's gone, I don't know where," Mia answered honestly.

Naomi appeared worried and was about to leave.

Mia and Molly immediately blocked the door.

"Why are you blocking my door?"

Mia: "We've made a promise, and we need to keep it."

Naomi: "Please let me go."

Mia: "We must follow the order."

Two hours later, Leo returned at lunchtime.

Upon his return home, he went straight upstairs to his mother.

Knocking on the door, "Mom, are you in there?"

Naomi responded, "Please come in."

Leo pushed the door open, looking surprised to see two people at the door, "What are you guys

doing?"

Mia: "Didn't you ask us to ensure she doesn't leave today? We're following your orders."

Under their watch, Naomi didn't leave her room.

Leo obviously had something private to say to his mother. Mia saw this and said, "You're back now,

Molly and I have fulfilled your request. We're leaving."

Mia and Molly left.

Leo closed the door, "Don't worry, I've already paid his hospital bills."

"How's your grandfather's health?"

Leo: "It might not be good."

Naomi: "Watch your language."

Leo glanced at the door, "It's fine, no one can hear."

Naomi asked again, "What have you done?"

"They called you to pay his medical bills, right? I paid them for you. I also helped him with the

discharge procedures."

"He's discharged?" Naomi asked her son.

Leo nodded.

"Is he well?" Naomi asked.

Thinking about what he had done, Leo nodded again.

Thinking about her son's actions, Naomi asked, "How did you do it?"

"Does he have a disease? If he needs surgery, then check all the diseases. I made him do an anal and

a gastroscopy. He ran away before the gastroscopy was finished. Well, and it wasn't painless."

Naomi: "You want to torment him to death."

Leo: "Does he have a disease? I'm being filial. I've deleted your contact from his phone and added

mine. Don't call him again, let him contact me if anything happens."

Before leaving, Leo said to his grandfather, "Unless it's about handling a corpse, don't contact me. If

you do, I'll bring a coffin to handle it."

Ellory was in unbearable pain and wanted to take a taxi home, but Leo stopped him, driving him home

himself.

Before getting out of the car, he warned Ellory, "I remember everything you've done to my mom. I'm

young, I have plenty of time. We can settle the scores slowly."

Seeing that her son was now able to stand up for her, Naomi couldn't help but smile while sitting on the

couch, "I didn't raise you for nothing, you're able to stand up for me now."

"Really? Then don't be biased in the future. Mia and Molly are not your children, I am. Be nicer to me."

Naomi thought, hadn't she been fair to her son? Didn't she always think of him first when good things

happened?

He seemed to be ungrateful again.

Leo sighed, "Forget it, I shouldn't have high expectations of you."

Once his mother's problem was resolved, Leo left.

Although Mia and Molly were full of doubts, seeing that neither of them wanted to talk, they pretended

not to know anything and stopped being curious.

In the afternoon, Andre and Bruce came back together.

After mulling it over for a gazillion hours, Mia decided to let bygones be bygones and forget about what

happened last night.

The second she heard her husband's voice, she darted to the door to greet him.

Andre was still discussing with his brother about Havenbrook's economic development and talent

acquisition when he walked in.

"Darling." Mrs. Cedillo stood at the door again, hands behind her back, grinning like a Cheshire cat.

Andre gave her a glance, and before he even got a chance to pop the question, Mia jumped in to

explain, "I didn't stir up any trouble or pull the wool over your eyes, I have been a good girl all day at

home."
