Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Chapter 263

Chapter 263

Looking at Mia who was struggling to keep up the act, Andre was stunned.

He closed her phone, so pissed off that he completely forgot about checking his wife's chat history. Just

seeing these browsing records and answers was enough to make him feel like he was going nuts.

She kept playing her part, and he continued to watch. The bedroom was eerily quiet. Forcing someone

pretending to be asleep to maintain a fixed posture was a form of torment. In no time, Mia couldn’t keep

up the act.

She closed her eyes, turned around, and then pretended to just wake up. She yawned, stretched, and Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

then sat up. This was her usual morning routine.

She spotted the man sitting at the edge of the bed and asked in surprise, "Hey, Andre, you're back?"

Andre just watched her continue her act.

"Sweetie, when did you get back?"

Andre: "Five minutes ago."

Mia sat up from the bed and carefully approached her angry husband. "Andre, you've had a hard day.

Let me give you a back and shoulder massage, okay?"

Andre took her hands in his, wrapping his other arm around her waist, pulling her towards him. "How

exactly were you planning on driving me crazy?"

Mia thought, oh crap! He was starting to add things up.

Before she could act all sweet and innocent, Andre continued, "Exactly how were you thinking of

divorcing me?"

Andre went on, "Do you want me or the money?"

Mia knew she was in trouble. She voluntarily wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in to kiss

him. No more sweet talk. Time to charm him.

But today, Andre wasn’t falling for it. Mia was a bit puzzled, "Honey, have I lost my charm already?"

Andre pinched her nose and pushed her onto the bed, "Tonight, you’re going to reflect on your search

history."

Mia: "And what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to come up with a new way to punish you."

Mia perked up at this. She'd managed to piss off her husband so much that he didn't know how to

handle her. She was really something.

She waved her hand and happily said to her husband, "Andre, I'll reflect properly. You just do your thing

and hopefully you'll come up with a punishment soon."

Andre hadn’t left yet, and she playfully kicked at the spot where Andre was sitting, pushing him,

"Sweetie, take your time. Don't look at me, I'm afraid I might piss you off to death. Just go."

Andre watched her enthusiasm, and decided not to leave. He lunged at Mia. Before she could react,

her hands were tied behind her back, and she was pinned to the bed.

"Honey, you're not going to hit me, are you?"

Andre: "I can't bear to hit you, but I’m also pissed."

Saying that, Mia’s skirt was lifted up again.

She thought, this was not good. But she was immobilized, her legs weren't free to move either. She felt

she was too thin. Her wrists were as small as a child's, and both could be held by one of her husband's

hands. If she had a little more weight on her, Andre wouldn't be able to hold her with just one hand.

"Sweetie, I know I messed up again, I'll correct it, I won't make you angry anymore..."

Every time she apologized, Andre would accept it.

Mia realized that marriage was not as beautiful as she had imagined, and she was very sad.

Molly told Leo about her conversation with Mia during the day. Leo looked at Molly and asked, "Won't

your actions make your grandfather jump out of his sickbed?"

"As long as he doesn't know, it's fine."

Leo said, "Then do as you planned. I just received news that Ellory and Kyle were released yesterday."

Molly nodded.

In the evening, when Hansen was about to go to bed, someone knocked on the door. "Dad, it's Molly, I

came to play cards with you."

Leo shouted, "Grandpa, we're short of one person, mom told me to help you fill the gap."

Hearing this, Hansen was delighted, "Come in, all of you."

Molly and Leo exchanged a smile, pushed open the bedroom door, and walked into Hansen's room.

Hansen had already moved everything off the table, freeing up space for them to play cards.

Everyone knew that Mia couldn't join; she wasn't allowed to leave the room or get out of bed.

Andre asked her, "Do you want to divorce me?"

Mia gritted her teeth and shook her head firmly.

Andre leaned in her ear and told her, "I'm in love with you. You can't escape this lifetime. Even if you

don't love me anymore, I've loved you, and you can't escape from my world, understand?"

Mia nodded repeatedly.

Andre told her again, "You can only belong to me in this life, understand?"

Mia nodded again.

Andre asked her, "What did I just say?"

Mia was panting, she dared not speak loudly, afraid others would hear. She softly repeated her promise

to her husband, "I, I will never divorce you, and even if I don't love you anymore, I won't leave you. I will

always be your wife."

After hearing this, Andre felt satisfied. He looked at his teary-eyed wife and decided to let her go.

When Mia went to take a shower, she couldn't control her emotions and broke down crying. Andre

heard it and ran over to comfort her. Mia moved her husband with her tears, and she slept well that

night.

While playing cards, Molly and Leo discussed Ellory and Kyle's actions. They successfully pulled

Hansen to their side.

According to Mia's instructions to Molly, she said, "If I go tonight, Andre will definitely find out. So, the

task of persuading Hansen is up to you and Leo. Hansen is easy to convince, especially since you just

got back home, he adores you. He likes playing cards. You guys have to accompany him. And this

game is easy to lose, so you and Leo have to let him win.

“At the same time, while Hansen is relaxed, tell him about how the Mastin family bullied Naomi, and get

him on our side to stand up for Naomi. Keep praising him, saying he's a good father, and make him

happy enough to accept your request."

Molly asked, "What if Hansen sobers up and finds out we've tricked him, and he tells Andre?"

Mia replied, "Don’t worry, I’ll keep Andre occupied tonight, they won’t meet. You leave first tomorrow,

then I’ll follow, and Leo last."

Molly asked again, "What if Andre finds out?"

Mia retorted, "I'm his wife, he wouldn't dare lay a finger on me, let alone scold me. You're his sister, if

he dares to scold you, Hansen will have beef with him. Only Leo might get the short end of the stick."

"Then it's settled."

So, the next morning came.

Molly said her grandpa was in the late stages of cancer, so she had to dash off to the hospital to take

care of him. At the hospital, Grandpa Elmer, who was on the mend and about to be discharged, was

munching on an orange while watching TV.

Mia was also cheesed off and left a note behind before heading back to the Irvin family.

Andre opened the note, his full name was written on it, and below it read, "I don't love you anymore.

I've returned to the Irvin family. Don't come looking for me."

Andre crumpled the note into a ball and tossed it into the trash bin.
