The customers applauded her. They could tell that she was a straightforward person who wouldn't offend others unless others offended her first. If anyone dared to offend her, she wouldn't let it rest.

Rosalie didn't expect such excitement while having lunch, and was thoroughly entertained.

The customers had originally thought that the boss was the one scolding the customer, but after understanding the situation, they realized that the customer had it coming.

Ordinary people wouldn't go to a restaurant they didn't like every day just for a free meal, insulting and scolding the chef and the boss day after day for such a long time, even inciting other customers to stand against the boss, behaving as though the boss owed her big time.

According to the boss' explanation, the madwoman had been harassing them for over half a year. Only someone with a screw loose would do something like that, and someone like that wouldn't have any logic or common sense to speak of.

Anyone would fight back in this situation. That customer was so uncultured, she deserved to be scolded back.

In fact, the boss was good-natured and patient enough to not beat her up, which was something that others might have done long ago.

"I'm very sorry for what happened today. Everything you enjoy here for the next hour is on the house. If you finish your meal in the next hour, you don't need to pay for it."

The boss was rather generous.

After the misunderstanding was resolved, peace returned to the restaurant once more.

It was good that the boss explained the entire situation and avoided being falsely accused.

If anyone still chose to believe that woman's incitement and ignore the situation despite the clear explanation, that person clearly did not use his brain for thinking.

Just then, the boss handed Rosalie a bottled beverage. "Miss, my sincere apologies about what happened today. This is on the house."

"Madam, what if that lady returns?" Rosalie asked.

Rosalie twisted the bottle cap open and took a sip. She was infected by the boss' hearty open-mindedness.
