MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Amelia laid down on her bed and turned off the bedside lamp off.. she stared at the ceilings for a long time with a smile on her lips..

A knock came on her window which startled her out of her thoughts.. she came down slowly from the bed..

“What if that is actually a thief?…” Her eyes found its way to the shelf a few steps away from her..

She tiptoed to it and grabbed the flower vase on the shelf..

“I will teach that thief the lesson he deserves!” she murmured and returned back to the window…

The knock came again but this time hurriedly which jerked her out..

She raised the ceramic vase above her head ready to strike as she opened the window..

“Thief!”

A large palm covered her mouth to stop her from screaming…

“Shh it’s me!”

Amelia heard the familiar male’s voice and turned on the bedside lamp..

“You! it’s so late already! and why didn’t you use the front door like a normal person?”

“I’m not a normal person and besides that I love this new way of coming into your room late at night” Liam shamelessly whispered into her ears..

A hurried knock came on the door, Amelia swallowed hard.. she must have alerted them when she yelled out earlier..

“Liam.. don’t make a sound”

Amelia inhaled deeply and walked to the door.. she opened her door to meet everyone standing with a worried look..

“Amy are you alright?” Anthony asked worriedly trying to take a look into the room..

Amelia laughed out dryly “Yeah I am.. and why are you all here I’m pretty sure it’s past eleven”

Karl and Cecile released a sigh, they were all worried when they heard her scream thief..

“We clearly heard you calling out thief a while ago.. move aside”

Amelia stood in front of the door blocking Karl’s path..”You all worry too much.. I wasn’t screaming for help.. it was actually for a play..”

“You said that two days ago Amelia” Clara inputted in her drowsy state….

“Well… yeah… that part was cut off because I didn’t get the screaming part well enough.. so I’m training my vocals to scream even louder”

Cecile massaged her head and walked away.. this was a huge waste of time.. Amelia flashed them a weird smile before they left..

She puffed her cheeks with air before realeasing it with a sigh..

She closed the door and turned back to the room but Liam was not in sight..

“Liam where are you? I know that you are in here” She whispered searching for him…

Her eyes darted to the slightly opened window..”So he left!.. why did he show up then?!” She murmured angrily and laid back on her bed..

She closed her eyes to sleep and just then she felt the other part of the bed sank…

“Were you upset that I had left?” Liam whispered into her ears and pulled her close enough to him…

“Kind of… and why are you here so late at night?..”

Liam planted small kisses on her lips “I couldn’t fall asleep so I came here to have a sleepover, I hope I’m not intruding your personal space?”

Amelia tilted her neck to the side as he trailed the nape of her neck with kisses..

“Of course you are!”

Liam chuckled and hovered over her “We have plenty of time to give Aidan a sister before the day breaks”

Before Amelia could digest his words, Liam pounced on her like a starving lion…

Amelia snapped her eyes open when she heard a knock on her door..

She turned to her side to see Liam still asleep, reaching for her phone she gasped..

“it’s 10:30 am already?”

She took his arm off her waist and picked her nighties off the ground..

A groan escaped her lips… “You monster! are you happy now?, I can barely walk!”

She dawned on her clothes and walked hastily to the door..

“Hey mum.. good morning”

Cecile sighed and handed the breakfast tray to Amelia…

“You missed breakfast so I brought some for you”

Amelia smiled ” Thanks mum.. I’m sorry I woke up late”

Cecile raised a brow as her eyes settled on Amelia’s neck…”Hmm.. looks to me like you had a good time alone with the thief”

Amelia’s lips parted to speak but seeing her mum’s teasing smile only made her cheeks reddened…

“Okay thanks for the meal…” She closed the door and walked to the bed with the tray…

“Liam.. breakfast is here!”

Liam groaned out and pulled her back next to him..”I have my breakfast here with me.. I don’t need anymore breakfast other than you”

Amelia wriggled her way out of his grip “Oh no you don’t!..”

Liam sat up and ran his fingers through his messy hair..

“please” he pleaded..

Amelia picked a toast from the tray and pushed it into his mouth…

“You should be at the office.. it’s almost eleven am.. and mum knows that you are here”

“Hmm… I’m the boss and I can go at anytime I want.. so.. how about we start from where we finished last night”

Liam took the tray away from the bed before turning to her..

“Liam.. everyone is awake.. let go”

Liam pinned her down under him “I’ve been starving for five whole years… I promised myself to drain you out completely if you ever came back”

“Hey man!”

Liam walked around the table to his seat, he flashed them a smile which they found weird…

“Is something on my face?” Liam asked swirling around on his seat..

“Not really.. you are behaving just like him” Steven mumbled pointing at Dylan..

James squinted his eyes at the two who had a never ending smile on their faces..

“Did Louisa and Amelia forgive you both?” James inquired..

Liam and Dylan nodded with a smile “Yeah Louisa did and also confessed her feelings to me”

James and Steven eyes rounded in surprise..”Wow that was fast and what about you Liam?”

“Dinner at my house today..”

Liam paced around the room impatiently as he waited for Amelia and her family to arrive..

“Liam relax.. she will be here soon” Brianna said reaching her arm out to him..

“Shhh… your friends are here so I think you should go keep them company”

“Hey Liam.. come over here” Dylan called out..

Liam sighed and moved to where they were.. He snatched the glass from James and dawned its content in one go..

“Who knows why the ladies are taking so long to come” Dylan uttered taking a sip out of his glass..

“Hmm.. Abby is here” Liam pointed out to Abby who just came in..

James gulped and pushed the bottle of wine far away from his reach.. if she sees that she will definitely kill him..

He saw her coming towards them and his heart skipped a beat..

“Hello guys..” she waved at them, her eyes rested on James for a brief second before she embraced Liam…

“I’m sorry I didn’t come to see you as soon as I returned.. I hope you are not upset with me?”

Liam tapped her chin “Silly.. what makes you think that I will be upset with you?”

Abby smiled at Liam before turning to James “That reminds me.. you once told me that you wanted to talk to liam about something important!” she said through clenched teeth..
